OHP front to back of head until burnt, then leg driven push presses to failure w/ 65lbs. x 5 sets

1 Arm Leaning DB Side Raises w/ 15 x 3 sets each side non-stop

60's, 90's, 75's, 55's, 40's. 30's
100's, 75's, 55's, 45's, 35's

Not sure what's going on with my back. Doesn't hurt or bother me until I go to pull weight. Thought I would be able to go heavier doing Rack Pulls, but no. Kept it at 225 and that still was screaming at me a little. I might have to stop being stubborn and lay off any type of Dead pulling action for a few weeks and see where it goes.

Sleep is good from 9:00 pm until about 2:00 am. After that it's all tossing and turning. Feel fine the first part of the day, it's the afternoon that it catches up. I shouldn't be drinking coffee after noon, but I'm having to. I might have to ask for Ambien.

Also had a big carb craving last night, so I had 3 packs of maple & brown sugar oatmeal with a monster scoop of crunchy PB and drenched in honey. Felt good to have some late night carbs. Planned sub-100g for the next couple days now.

Thats similar to what i was doing, it made huge changes to my physique but it eventually caught up to me, i should have been more regular with my deloads

Hyper days 10-15 with drop sets

Push exercises are mostly Chest and Shoulder press variations plus triceps. A few exercises each.

Pull is back, traps, rear delts and biceps.

Sounds good those are basically my rep ranges for those on my set up too however only lifting 3 times a week. One upper body for power at one exercise per body part and one for hypertrophy with 1-2 exercises. Then will be doing the 100 rep Trap Bar workout for legs and lower back once a week, which is basically working up to 10x10 like GVT however higher intensity / resistance which is why it works up linearly in reps to get to the 100.

this is basically the same layout I ran all fall. Absolutely loved it and saw the best gains I ever have. Rep ranges were similar too (3-6 for compound 5-8 for accessory and 10-12+ for hyper)
 
Little cycle update:

16 days in, still at 40mg DMZ/day, 250mg Cyp every 4 days.

Seeing some changes in the mirror, and even in my shadow, LOL Already seeing a little Shoulder/Tricep separation coming out. This has been something that I have never been able to achieve for whatever reason. Even when I have been really lean, I don't get that separation. Arms in general looking thicker, shoulders rounding out, traps getting that "I'm on cycle" look.

Weight is 201, 6 pounds increase. But look leaner and fuller. Diet has been on point, 2800-3000 cal/day. Except for yesterdays late night treat pushed me to 4200.

Mood is steady, yet small things are irritating me. But I keep myself in check. If I want to have my cake and eat it too, I need to make sure I'm a nice guy.

BP has been good, not great. Have moments where I feel it jump up, but they don't last long.

Wife and daughters left to California with the Mother-in-Law to visit Sister-in-Law until Sunday night. So I will enjoy the next few nights of sleep with no baby waking up, dogs will actually have their own side of the bed instead of plopped on my legs, and eat as clean as I want by my lonesome!!

Next week should be blast off!!!
Going to start pushing the strength in the new routine. Pump is coming on. Endurance seems to have no limit...although the sled kicked my ass this morning.

Oh and the libido....ok I will miss my wife for a few days so....

I am. But here's the thing. My wife only recently gave me the green light to do injectables again, as she has slowly come to understand through my own education that are less harmful to the body (when done properly, not abused obviously).

So have I snapped a couple times in the past week? Yes. The puppy shiits in the floor, excessive baby crying, wife's scatter-brain can drive me mad...but...if I want to be able to do this I have to go above and beyond to reign that shiit in. I want her and my house to realize that I can be nicer on cycle because I feel good than I am when I'm off. I'm a natural smart-ass know-it-all prick.

The answer is yes, I feel it inside. But I must master it. Because I already have my next cycle in mind!! LOL

have you thought bout trying some prami for the L-dopa sleep? I noticed the endosurge turbp and quality mucuna and L-dopa was giving me some deep quality sleep, wondering if if the prami being the dopa precursor would help you out any? I just started tonight and so far it's working pretty good at 1/4ml
 
I'm an anomaly when it comes to L-Dopa's affect on sleep. I sleep worse. And after researching possibilities as to why, I found that in some people the dopamine can convert to norepinephrine which in turn stimulates the mind. This has to be me, because anything with L-Dopa in it, I sleep worse.
 
Had to hit another .5mg Adex last night. The nip sensitivity was too much. Had dosed the night before and yesterday morning woke up and they were fine. But as the day went it crept back up. This morning they're nice. Got some Aromasin on the way for use in pct.

Oh yeah, picked up a bottle of OG Ep1c, took 2 caps yesterday afternoon when I got it and 2 pwo with my DMZ and Conqu3r. Need the sweat to kick back in. My impatient ass couldn't wait for the new Ep1c Unleashed. But once it's available will be throwing that in for the duration of the cycle, pct, and beyond.

Didn't mention it in here, but now that the info is out there, I had been running it prior to my cycle starting. The TD and oral version.

Fellow pb lover here ... did I read that you do pb+egg sandwiches? I'm always putting pb on everything (tuna steaks, apples, veggie sticks, etc) and get weird looks. I have tried it in grilled cheese but never considered egg - can't wait for it.

It's amazing on eggs either on a sandwich or just scrambled eggs.

Now you just got my wheels spinning with the idea of PB on a grilled cheese. Wish I hadn't just eaten lunch.

Aaaarrrgh, I have jinxed myself leading up to this cycle boasting that I never suffered back pumps!!! But that's what's up with my back. It was a new sensation to me, but it hit me this morning. Back was feeling good walking in there, thought, OK I'm doing heavy rack pulls. Yeah right. Once 225lbs. got on the bar they hit, and it dawned on me....Back Pumps!! Now I get it. Well only a week and a half left of the DMZ, maybe they'll go away once I'm just on the Test.

I'm not speaking from experience, but I believe increasing taurine should help some.

I'm using Finaflex BCAA SAA intra right now which has it in it, but doesn't say how much. I mix up 2 scoops. Maybe I'll slam a scoop in my Conqu3r and get some in there pre.

That conquer could be causing the pumps as well
