DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

My cycle sounds about like yours bro. Im going to run it a bit longer though i think.
I am doing test cyp with HOPEFULLY a superdrol or msten kicker.
Then running for 16-20 weeks and might end with some mast. That is looking like the most fun option.
 
Ok, I'll skip the details of the workout today. It was a killer Shoulders and Back sesh.

Let's talk about this cycle.

Goals and starting Stats:

Currently at 198 lbs., Approximately 12% BF
Want to be 200lbs. sub 10% at the end of this.

My current TDEE is 2800 cal/day and I will be eating 2800-300 MOST days. Moderate Carbs 200-250 g/day. Obviously Protein high, 200-250+, Fat usually lands around 100-125 because I love peanut butter.

Workouts will remain the same as I have been doing. A combination of strength and volume accessory work. With 12-20 minutes of various forms of HIIT. I'm going 6 days a week. I have a Vegas trip planned at the end of May and that will be a mini-deload mid cycle, 3 days.

I'll be honest, I'm 2 injections of 250mg deep already. Been on DMZ for 4 days. Was finishing up a run of another product, but couldn't wait to start. So if I start to feel things (already am), you'll know that I've been on for a week now. Really placebo mixed with lots of random boners means Test is rising!!

I'll repeat the cycle just to reiterate:

Weeks 1-4 DMZ 40mg/day
Weeks 1-16 Test Cyp 250mg every 4th day = 437mg/week
Weeks 10-16 Masteron Enanthate 350mg/week
Weeks 14-18 Masteron Prop 75mg/eod
ACPro 4 caps/day throughout
Adex .5mg/e3d

Possibly add Ep1c to entire cycle and pct

Will run a long pct of Clomid and Aromasin with added goodies. Going to run Ostar1ne for 5 weeks of pct at 20/20/20/15/10 starting the last week of the cycle itself. And continue pct for at least 4 weeks past it.

Here we go, it's going to get good. I'll do pics about every 10 days once it gets going.

Already toleranced to the Amitriptylene, or rising BP negates it's effects. Either way, I was up from 1-3:30 this morning wide awake. Woo-Hoo!!!

Day 9. 3rd injection of 250mg yesterday. DMZ at 40 daily.

Went to bed at 200lbs, and after a cup of coffee and a BM was still 200 this morning. Up 4-5 lbs. in 9 days. Last 2 days were a lot more carbs than usual, the DMZ hunger kicking in already. So have the next few days planned out at same calories, half the carbs. Don't like diet induced bloat.

Went in this morning for just Core, Forearms, and Cardio. DOMS from previous workouts are non-existent now.

Hanging Leg Raises / Side Bends w/ 45lb. Plate focusing on rear love handle x 5 rotations

Decline Sit Ups / Farmer Walks w/ Fat Gripz x 4 rotations

Russian Ball Twists / DB Wrist Curls & Twists x 4 rotations

Sled Pushes:
+90lbs. 50 yards x 2
+135lbs. 40 yards x 2
+180lbs. 40 yards x 4
+90lbs. 50 yards x 2

13 minutes Resistance Intervals on bike

Hit the sled hard. Really had my lungs on fire. But work capacity is increasing for it. As well as strength to push more weight.

I'm somewhat ashamed I've never felt that urge to puke tht is so notorious. Been light headed a lot, but never nauxious. Need to go harder I guess!!

Goals for this cycle:

Straight recomp. Love handles go bye-bye, lower abs say hello. Need more veins. Focal points for growth will be upper chest, side delts, and middle back.

Gotten a little softer than I was at the end of last year. I believe I would have to really cut aggressively to get the fat off naturally. I feel depleted eating 200-300 under. And that barely yields results even when killing workouts. At my age, which is not that old, 37, I would have to go 500-600 under to get what I can achieve eating at maintenance when ON. Kind of a cop-out, I know.

That being said, another goal for this cycle is to not get (as) soft in pct and after. The eat like you're on cycle diet did not work out for me coming off my last run. Got straight soft, in a matter of weeks. Also reason why I'll never use RC ancillaries again.
 
Was feeling a little puffy and heavy yesterday. Nips had a little sensitivity as well. Took .5mg Adex, keeping it at every 3rd day for now. Woke up this morning and seemingly drained it all out in one good pee. Kept diet at 100g Carbs yesterday and woke up 2 lbs. lighter as well.

Sleep has been consistent with the help of the medication. I have had to up the dose to 15mg though, as I built a tolerance pretty quick.

BP has also felt good the last 5 days or so after the initial increase of the cycle. Feel it elevate at brief moments of the day, but nothing like I've experienced in the past. Have not cut out coffee and Conquer either.

Pretty good Leg sesh this morning. Haven't done heavy Leg Presses in a while, so that was my main move.

Saw these Landline Squats on an article here on AM. They freaking suck. Don't waste your time. They made such a big deal about them in this article, and they looked effective. But I found that to feel them you need to load some good weight on the end of the BB. And with any more than 90lbs. it becomes a hazard to get the bar off the ground, to your chest, and into position. And then another hazard to drop it. Asking for an injury or dropping the weight and pissing off the owner of the gym. 90lbs. just didn't do it.
 
Interesting about land mine squats. I thought the main purpose was to warmup for squats or other leg workouts. Not necessarily as a main work set.
 
My sister is prescribed Amitriptylene for stomach cramps, and I almost got prescribed some for my stomach as well, but when I saw it was used as an Anti Depressant I said I didn't want it. I might have to try it on nights I need to go to bed early.

Maybe that's all it's intended for. The guy in the article had 5 plates on the bar, which I feel without a different set-up or help, would be incredibly difficult to manipulate.

Just one of those multi-use drugs. I was hesitant to take any kind of prescription sleep meds, but feel this is so mild at the low doses I'm taking. It serves it's purpose.

Yeah, hers are 25mg and she said she can take two and not feel tired at all and she doesn't take it frequently either so I don't think she has a tolerance..

It's about to get fun. You know you're sick in the head when you want to go to bed early on your Sunday night so it can be Monday morning faster. Gym-Addict problems.

Stayed disciplined to the diet last night at the Mother-In-Laws house for dinner. 1.5 servings of lasagna, when I could easily eat 4. No garlic bread, and a heaping salad. Passed on cake and ice cream. Ok, I left before it was served. Excuse was to take the baby home for bed. It was great-grandma's 80th b-day.

Nips were on fire yesterday, hit the Adex and barely feel sensitive at all this morning. I take this as a good sign that the test is good and so is the Adex.

Nice work man you have been killing it in here. Good to hear your adex is working for you. Did you say that you are no longer using RC AI's and SERMS?
 
Do you always have issues with your nips on cycle or is this something specific to this run?
 
Correct. I have pharm grade and will always from now on.

With my nipples I probably should look into it but right now the Blue Sky Adex is working quite well for me. Plus I have TransForm if I need to bump the AI a bit more.
