What's your cheat day look like?

Refeed or cheat MEAL is ideal

Offseason aka growing season for me would look like

8am = 7 whole eggs, 4 slices of americana cheese(omelet), 10 cups of commercial brand cereal with a few cups of milk.

11am = three 4x4's from in n out

2pm = chinese buffet

5pm = 20 bucks worth of Heart Healthy food from McDonalds

8pm = 2 medium dominoes pizzas

11pm = 2 scoops whey concentrate, 1 tub of oreo ice cream, the 12 serving ones.

Yesterday I went a little overboard.

4 egg omelette
Banana with peanut butter
2 clementine oranges
Broccoli cheddar soup
Apple with yogurt

Here's where it takes a turn.

2 pounds well sauced chicken wings
half pitcher of dark ale
Big Mac and soda
Medium Marble Slab white chocolate cone with Coffee Crisp, Nestle Crunch, Oreos, and caramel mixed in.
2 slices of pizza
Protein shake

The pizza left quite the after taste. Sort of a combination of regret and self-loathing.

In my defence, it was the last hockey game of the season so we always celebrate with wings and beer after. I did also hit the gym that night so I bought myself some of those calories.
 
Oh, a cheat day thread... havent seen one of these in ......................... a day or so

I do 2 cheat days per week.

Breakfast:

Bacon, Eggs, Breakfast muffins, with aioli.

Lunch:

Pizza (bacon, cheese stuffed, pulled pork, chicken, ham, sauce). With garlic bread and wedges.

Dinner:

Pasta dishes, or mcdonalds, burger king, resturants, whatever.

No idea on macros
 
Today was:
Post meal.... 1-lb pulled pork, 2-toasted buns....

And then.... Lrg spinach and chicken pizza....

Followed by.... double turkey bagels

With.... you guessed it, ice cream....

Macros unknown, fat, who gives a chit, carbs, dont fukken care...

Looks like a Sunday afternoon on a patio with steak tacos, white rice, black beans, salsa, chips, guacamole, and maybe a margarita. Plus friends and family.

my kinda afternoon!
 
Mine is normally me smashing the local chinese buffet because crab rangoon and sweet and sour chicken and beef dumplings are literally my favorite things in the world. I also make sure I grab lots of the veggies up on the bar to go with it to keep the damage a little bit lower. But 3-4 plates plus dessert isnt uncommon for me...
 
My cheat meal is usually

Large meal + pint of ice cream
Or
Large meal + donuts

Never a full day of eating.. That's taking steps backwards.
