So how does your high calorie, re-feed day, or cheat day what ever you want to call it look like?
Refeed or cheat MEAL is ideal
Not a full day.
We have a big thread for this
Offseason aka growing season for me would look like 8am = 7 whole eggs, 4 slices of americana cheese(omelet), 10 cups of commercial brand cereal with a few cups of milk. 11am = three 4x4's from in n out 2pm = chinese buffet 5pm = 20 bucks worth of Heart Healthy food from McDonalds 8pm = 2 medium dominoes pizzas 11pm = 2 scoops whey concentrate, 1 tub of oreo ice cream, the 12 serving ones.

Yesterday I went a little overboard.
4 egg omelette
Banana with peanut butter
2 clementine oranges
Broccoli cheddar soup
Apple with yogurt
Here's where it takes a turn.
2 pounds well sauced chicken wings
half pitcher of dark ale
Big Mac and soda
Medium Marble Slab white chocolate cone with Coffee Crisp, Nestle Crunch, Oreos, and caramel mixed in.
2 slices of pizza
Protein shake
The pizza left quite the after taste. Sort of a combination of regret and self-loathing.

my kinda afternoon!Looks like a Sunday afternoon on a patio with steak tacos, white rice, black beans, salsa, chips, guacamole, and maybe a margarita. Plus friends and family.
