Big thank you to SNS and mw1 for allowing me to extend my current run of Inhibit E from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. I am currently 3 weeks down and I loved the results so far so much that I was really eager to extend the run to an 8 week total.
Over the last 3 weeks, I have been lifting 3x a week full body with a combo of 5x5 for the main lifts and 2-3 sets of 20 for accessory lifts. I've done HIIT on two days of the week and rested 2 days OR done light speed work with a client i coach (football).
I've gone through a break up of 4 year relationship during this run, so stress was at an all time high! My physique and progress stood firm and I attribute it to inhibit e's slight cortisol blocking properties.
Water loss was extremely rapid and noticeable the first 12-14 days. It has since calmed down (frequent urination and increased sweating) but I haven't gained back any water. I've been consistently drinking a gallon a day.
Diet has been critical as always. I have been utilizing a low carb diet consisting mainly of eggs, veggies, chicken, lean and fatty beef, avocados, nuts, coco and olive oils, and some PES select protein and quest bars. Same couple things on a daily basis to keep it simple. I've also incorporated one higher carb day (not surpassing 100g) as a slight refeed with lower fat that day. I've also increased amino intake. To help with MPS.
The biggest things I've noticed from Inhibit E has been, in order: Increased vascularity and around the clock muscle hardness Loss in belly fat / waist circumference -- I bought 4 suits a month ago. All pants are now too loose in the waist (thanks sns) Libido is an equal 2nd... I am recently single, but I was nervous Bc I've had performance and drive issues in the past... I now get sometimes uncontrollable erections, even at not so appropriate times lol. I am 26. I feel like I'm 14 in health class again.....
Gym performance has increased as well... I've hit PR's on seated presses and DB presses as well as reps for +25lb weighted pull-ups. Due to the loss in body fat, I've also appeared to put on some muscle.. It's been a great recomp so far. I am on a deload this week so training will resume Monday. I will be doing an extremely high volume version of one of Arnold's contest prep routines..... I've customized it slightly with less leg work and less chest work. But set and reps will be 4-6 sets of 6-10 reps. It will be deliberate and to the point pushing failure each set with 85-95% max weights 5 days a week. I am not sure where I'm gonna fit in the cardio and may keep it to a minimum for maximum growth- will all depend on body composition throughout the program. I intentionally took this week off in preparation of this program.
Here are some current pics. I estimate myself at 11-12% bf. 5'7" 163lbs and I will take measurements on Sunday for this log.
