Thanks to Finaflex and Reg for allowing me to log their new Creatine Energy! I will log this with at least 3 updates a week. It's been a while since I've some creatine and I love my stims so having the caffeine will be a plus.

Hit up gym for Monday back day lol. Didn't have much time to do cardio, but got a warm up in. Then back lifts.

Back:

straight abr dead lifts: 135 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 8, 275 lbs x 6, 315 lbs x 4

db rows: 55 lbs x 8,8,8

wide grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

Row bar cable standing rows: 150 lbs x 10, 200 lbs x 10, 245 lbs x 10

face pulls: 120 lbs x 12, 130 lbs x 10,10

Man hit up gym after washing a freaking nasty tent they use for training at work. I had to put a suit on and use sprayers with mildew cleaner and then bleach in the middle of the parking lot in dead heat lol. I needed the sweat though. Hit up cardio 1 mile then chest day. Did flat bench barbell first time in yrs. I just got use to inclines not hurting and flat use to give me hell. Today no pain and was shocked at what I did.

Chest:

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 6, 255 lbs x 5, 275 lbs x 3

flat barbell bench press: 135 lbs x 8 225 lbs x 8, 295 lbs x 2

flat db bench: 60 lbs x 8, 110 lbs x 8, 5

peck deck flyes: 150 lbs x 10,10,10
 
Not surprised at all that you were that strong on flat bench. Nice work Pack.
 
Wasme at 20 yrs old I did 350 lb for 2 reps max on bench. I think I got 365 once but can't remember. I stop doing flat barbell when I had surgery on shoulder, but it didn't hurt yesterday at all. So maybe it's healed enough now to test it.

Hit up gym during lunch time for mile cardio and then sauna. Later tonight went to gym again for biceps and did a quick half mile jog and sauna afterwards.

Biceps:

standing db zottman curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

preacher curls standing single arm db curls; 35 lbs x 8, 10,10

preacher machine curls: 80 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 10, 60 lbs 12

ez bar curls drop sets 65 lbs total weight droping 10 lbs after each 8 reps down to bar for failure. 2 complete rounds of these

finish with one set of 28's. Using 45 lb straight bar doing the first like reg 21;s then the last set you go up slow as hell and down slow this ****z burns!!!!
 
In on this for sure! Congrats on the flat bench! That's great!! How are you liking the Creatine Energy? Are you taking it pwo?

Today hit up some park with the boys lol. They had a blast. Watching Evan going down slide for first time. Then went to gym for triceps. Got first one pitch torney tomorrow night!! I'm hoping I can hit the ball out of the infield lol.

Triceps:

rope press downs: 100 lbs x 10, 10, 10, 10

reverse cable bar curls: 110 lbs x 10, 120 lbs x 10,10

rope over head ext: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

standing skull crushers: 65 lbs x 10,10,10

seated db over head press; 110 lbs x 8, 75 lbs x 8,8

machine dips 105 lbs x 10,10,10

singe arm cable super set curls and reverse curls: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

Goodnight!! 7 pm til 1 am 6 games went 3 and 3 finished 4th out of 13 teams. It had no freaking forecast for any kind of rain, and yet for an hr rain with 30 degrees came down. I lost count but I had around 11 rbi;s 5 walks, and was around 15 for 19. I am so sore that gym will be missing me for a while lol.

About passed out from forgetting I hadn't ate anything since last night. I woke up at 1130 this morning went to gym at 1 on empty stomach. Got to the store and was shaky as all get out.

Hit up mile cardio at track on lunch. Off to gym later after work. Feeling rough today. Woke up with acid reflux from hell Couldn't go back to sleep.

Went yesterday at night for 1 mile cardio and 10 min sauna. Going to try and make myself go lift today feeling like pooo haha.

Hit gym up late tonight did cardio 1 mile. We going to try and make up tomorrow for last coupel days. My brother's and friend that lifts, have all been busy. Then I had doc appt today as well.
 
Hit up arms today bi's and tri's. I'm feeling sore as all get out thanks to those damn drop sets we do.

Biceps

ez bar curl drop sets. again 2 set with 8 reps a piece dropping 1 plate on each end all the way down to bar. First set we used 4 5lb plates and 1 10 lbs on each end dropping down to bar. 2nd set I put the 10 lb plates on inside then 5 5lb and that was some ballz to the wall hurting.

standing db curls: 40 lbs x 6,6,6

db spider curls: 40 lbs x 8, 35 lbs 8,8

cable high curls: 50 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10,10

triceps

rope pressdowns: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

It's a combo of people eating too much for Easter and seeing all their overweight family members they don't want to become.
