Good morning! Got in 20 mins of Tabata yesterday after work. Ended up going home at luck because the kids were out of school. Made some more changes to nutrition this week! Let's see if my body will realize it's suppose to drop fat! Lol

Workout this morning was great! Stillmul8 had me sweating like crazy today!!...Kept things slow and controlled! That really lit everything up!!! I'm utterly exhausted now! Haha

Happy Thursday everyone! Sorry it's taken me a bit to log my workout! It's been a busy day. I had a good workout but had to leave the gym early due to an appointment at my son's school before work. I really wanted to do squats today at lunch but boss asked me assist her in Botox injections for the girls at work. Went over about halfway through lunch. I'm going to try to go after work and getting the kids home.

Stair climber 5 mins

Then took daughter to the dam to run. Got in about 2.5 miles It was nice to run with her and her be willing to put in the work! :) She's wanting to improve for soccer!
