Zinc on cycle?

I've been taking morning zinc picolinate for a while to help with health and test in general. I'm starting a first epi/derma cycle tomorrow. Should I stop the zinc and save it for a boost PCT or is it good to have in general while on cycle?

It's not going to do anything noticeably to your test

this. No chance it will impact your test in cycle, and post at most maybe like 1 point ha. Save your money.
 
Ha, ok. For some reason ages ago I thought I read that zinc is supportive under the condition that you have lower t than usual, but that was ages ago before I was into any kind of sports supplimentation and never went back to research.
 
Well zinc is good to throw in anyway, it will help with sleep and give you larger amounts of ejaculate
 
ZMA definitely helps me sleep. Gives me weird dreams when I first start taking it though. Its pretty cheap too, so no worries...
 
I've been taking the zinc in the morning, I take magnesium at night for sleep and try to keep it on an empty stomach about an hour before a shake right before bed, if I have one, if not mag right before bed. I have issues sleeping though, so I also do 5-htp, melatonin, and the occasional Benadryl. I thought the calcium and mag in zma fought with each other.
