I was talking to you bring it was your first time. I really like doing conventional, but also want to try sumo. Maybe sumo as an accessory could help improve my squat.Mine or Nomz's? I like it, and might try breaking it in slowly every other set or something on DL days. It just feels like better leverage for my body frame (6'4" and long arms).
