5/3/1 is not a 3x/wk full body work out. It is 4 training days centered on Squat/DL/Bench/Standing OH BB Press which you can do 4x/wk for 4 weeks per Mesocycle or 3x/wk for 5 weeks+ a day.
 
Never heard of PRRS but looks similar to NLP training. Perhaps more complicated.

Not sure what you are getting at? Wendler emphasizes use of good form, it has periodization built in to it including a deload week and the assist work is highly customizable. What exactly is your point?
 
I did Smolov Jr for bench and squat at the same time (while on some "super" supplements... might be too much otherwise). Worked great. Brought up my 1RM for bench by 25 lb and squat by 35lb in just 3 weeks.
