Ended up being so motivated and energized that I jogged to the farther gym (about 1.5mi) and did a little extra rear delt work and another sauna session yesterday. just felt so good. Mood was good, hunger was low, and everything just felt great.
Same scenario today... got up, banged out an awesome chest workout, sauna (my new obsession ha) and then jogged home. Its so nice outside it only makes sense to go to and from the gym and get free cardio. Mood has been really high the last two days, as well as a spike in libido. Hoping that this all continues and weight begins to drop as well... at this rate, the potential is there for the perfect pseudo-cycle.
