Energy and gains with FINAFLEX.

Learned something today..........Oh That's Right..That is why I'm here! Now I need some Creatine !

I'm very surprised you've never tried creatine. It's the #1 for most body builders or powerlifters for recovery, stamina, and for most, fullness. Have you really never taken it?

I used it a few times years ago and it did nothing for me, I may pick some up and use this method to dissolve it. Maybe I was not receiving the full effects.

Were you taking it regularly, or just every now and then? The biggest difference I notice is if I ever stop.

Update:

So no gym today, however I am taking my creating energy so I can keep on top of creatine intake of course... The caffeine has given me a little boost as expected.

Going to need it... Family day & Mother's Day so out for a meal with the inlaws haha.

Enjoy the fam and rest!

I used a container as per label directions (Front Load use everyday pre and post workout)

I need to order some Muscle Fiber, may order some FinaFlex Creatine also. I wish someone would have a deal on the Muscle Fiber like last time.

That deal was ridiculously cheap.

NutraPlanet often does deals on FINAFLEX products. I'll make sure to tag you the next time.

2 scoops of creatine energy this morning in warm water, almost all dissolved.. Drank it and off I went to the gym, energy levels were great as usual, actually noticing extra focus which is odd... Not complaining though :)

Lots going on here! Great work. I bet that extra focus was helpful :)

Strong Looking Dead Lifts, and nice looking Triceps in your pic!

I tend to never use them... Perhaps I will start now, can always do with a stronger core!

I only use them on squad and DL, and I'd HATE dead lifting without one. We've been over this before. Lol

I have not worn a belt in years

You really crush your workouts.. nice work.

Thanks man, I go in with a mentality of "train them like I hate them" (as in my muscles).

Yeah we have had this discussion before RegisterJr haha.

Today's workout,
Shoulders & Chest-

So 2 scoops of creatine energy, caffeine in the system... Ready to go!

Shoulders-

Side laterals-

Did a 'run the rack' style today.

Warm up- 20x failure (4 sets)

Run the rack-2 sets

10x 20
15x 15
25x 10
35x 8
45x failure... Then back down.

(Head against pad)

35x failure, into 10x failure (4 sets)

DB front raises-

25x failure (4 sets)

Arnold press-

45x failure (4 sets)

I've gone as high as 70 or AP but I don't feel the burn and contraction as well, so I stick to a moderate weight.

Flat bench-

135x failure. Stop 1" above chest and pause for 2 secs. (4 sets)

DB fly's-

35x failure, into 10x failure (4 sets)
The pump was just stupid from that!!!!

Incline machine press-

110x failure (4 sets)
Pause each rep, top and bottom... SQUEEZEEEE!

Seated Chest press-

110x failure (4 sets) pause at the top and squeeze.

Standing pec dec-

90x failure (4 sets)

Cardio-

20mins of cardio, stepper... 230cals

So that's it for today, overall a decent session. Still can't go heavy with shoulder pressing and bench pressing because of my shoulder.

Creatine is helping with extra reps for sure now, also still seeing muscle fullness is there.

Looks like a Great Shoulder workout and you are looking Swole in your avatar!!

Thanks rocket!!!

Right today I had to get psyched because it was a 2 rep max day for squats...

Took 2 scoops of creatine energy mixed in some juice/squash... Caffeine hit on the way to the gym so thats great and i was ready.

I keep my adrenaline and music low key during warmups and moderate weights.

Squats-

Stretching x 5mins
Bar x 10-12
135 x 8-10, 2 paused at the end. (2 sets)
225 x 6-8 (2 sets)
315 x 4-5 (1 set)

Now was time to get pumped, changed the music.. Hood up on my jacket and time to get emotional/angry.. If I go for a 1RM i normally cry lol. I go to a very very dark place.

375x 2... 2nd rep was a real struggle, So much so that I have winged my back :(

Really quite sore, can't tell if muscular or nerve at the moment, it feel a little better when in a bath so I'm guessing Muscle.
Its in my left Erector.

I decided to just hit some lying ham curls and call it a day.

Lying ham curls-

90x failure (5 sets)

No cardio today sadly because of my back.

No gym for the rest of the week either. Ill keep taking my creatine however to keep on top of the dose.

Thanks

How's your back man? Hope it's nothing serious.

Thanks for the support guys!!!

Not sure what I've done, I'm positive it's muscular however. I've had today off work and spent the day trying to foam roll and move around the house. It feels better, another bath tonight and some more stretching and rolling then hopefully back at it by sat.

2 scoops of creatine energy today as well, obviously just noticed the caffeine boost for the morning :)

Have you noticed any creatine benefits yet bro? Strentgh fullness etc? Might be too soon, but since your doing 10g i would think it should Expedite the effects more than a 5g dose.

Glad to read that you might be back at it Saturday. I hope it works out that way. It seems a bunch of people are hitting some kind of training snag right now.

Yeah man, I'm positive there is a minor strength increase... However the endurance is where it's shining at the moment :)

Yeah hopefully bro, I know a few people also who are in the same boat. Weird lol

Looking huge in your avi Grinnel

Just an update guys. I haven't been training at all since my back injury. I wanted to rest up fully.

However I have been taking Creatine energy as normal :)

Still noticing the muscle fullness :)

Back in the gym tomorrow :)
Finally!

Slow and steady my friend!

No doubt you'll come back strong.

Well I'm back!!

Today I decided to hit shoulders and arms, been taking Creatine energy even during rest/recovery of course :)
Muscles looking crazy vascular and full today!!

Shoulders-

Side laterals-

Run the rack style-
Start light, then work down from heavy to light. (4 sets)

10x 15
15x 12
25x 10
27.5x 8
35x 6
35x6
27.5x 8
25x 10
15x 12
10x 15

My Side delts were PUMPED UP!!!

Rear delt fly's- 4sets

25x failure (normal grip) then into 25x failure (palms facing floor/me, DB at 90 degrees)

Front raises- 4 sets

35x failure

Arnold press- 4sets

45x failure (don't go heavy with these... just reps and reps and reps)

Rear pec dec- 4 sets

110x failure into 70x failure

Arms-

Standing BB curls into SK- 4sets

75x failure Curls, into 75x failure SK's.

Standing hammer curls into tate press- 4 sets

45x failure, into 45x failure tate press... You need chalk for this as your hands are already sweaty from hammers, don't want it to land on your face!

Reverse Curls into CGBP- 4sets

45x failure, into 135x failure (stop 1" from chest each rep)

So thats it for today, nothing crazy but got it done and felt GREAT to be back!!!

Overall the 2x scoops is definitely my sweet spot for this, 10g creatine and 200mgs caffeine is perfect... Its not like a pre workout would hit you but its just enough energy.. So far so good :)

Thanks

I'll bet the arms looked like a Road Map............Road Map to Gainzville!!

So today I really wanted to kill back and chest... However I didn't do deadlifts or anything super heavy just in case... Next session will be heavy dead however :)

2scoops of Creatine energy, mixed in warm water with some flavouring.. Drank that, off to the gym to kill it!

I will admit that I'm missing the crazy pumps and really strong focus from not taking a Pre.. However my mind power/dedication is driving me forward with the added energy with this product.

Back-

Wide grip pullups-

BWx failure currently hitting around 10-12reps per set.

Seated cable rows-

225x failure (2 handles to allow for a better ROM and contraction) 4 sets
265x failure (same grip and handles, sat on a DB however to raise me up) 2 sets
180x failure (wide grip bar) 3 sets

Lat Pulldowns-

225x failure (Close grip handle) 4 sets

Rope cable standing rows-

Full Stack x failure (4 sets)

Lat Pullovers-

110x failure (4 sets)

Chest-

Flat bench-

135x failure (4 sets)

Flat DB Press-

65x failure (4 sets)
90x 5 (2 sets)... Still testing out my shoulder since the injury...

Flat DB Fly's-

25x failure (4 sets)
45x failure (2 sets)

Incline hammer press-

1 plate each side x failure (4 sets) I feel a little pressure in my shoulder with this so I won't go heavy.

Standing Pec Dec-

90x failure (4 sets)

Thats it for today, nothing too crazy yet. Just getting back into it :)
Endurance is definitely up and muscle fullness is great! Also a little stronger.

Endurance looks great. Quite a bit of volume in here today.

I love volume and training till failure.. It's changed my physique a HUGE amount the past year.

I used to do the standard: 4 exercises per body part and 8-10 reps.

It built me a base but this has really shaped it and moulded it :)

I think high volume stuff is fun, too. Love adding in stuff after my lower volume stuff.
