Sadly no gym today because my alarm didn't go off :/

Definatley man... Was starting to feel exhausted by Friday. No workout yesterday or today but back at it tomorrow... It's also the last dose of creatine too.

Its that time ladies and gentlemen..... Final review!!!
So where do i begin? Well to start with lets say I'm not new to creatine or caffeine. This product obviously contains both, its designed to be taken pre-workout, thats what the caffeine is for as you may have guessed.
In the past i have taken creatine and have honestly never noticed any results what so ever, so i was keen to try this as I didn't expect much to be honest....
Well i was pleasantly surprised by this, I can truthfully say that I have noticed more muscle fullness when pumped and cold, when flexed and not. I have also noticed strength and endurance increases in the gym. Im not saying that its going to add 45b to your lifts because it won't its only creatine and most only see a small increase, normally you notice an extra rep or 2 when performing the exercise.
I saw all the effects that I should have seen in other creatine, yet only this one actually seemed to work for me. I got some great advice from another member on here about how to mix creatine correctly, I found i was getting a it of an upset stomach because it didn't seem to digest well. As soon as I added a scoop to warm water, stirred for a min, let stand and then stirred again, It would completely dissolve bar a few little particles.. I seriously mean like 10-12 granules.
Overall I found this product great, the caffeine definitely gives you a little boost like you would expect, now I'm very slim tolerant so just the 100mg from a scoop of this product didn't do a massive amount for me, still worked but obviously nothing amazing. I did actually add in an extra 100mg caffeine take to my drink in the morning which perked me up more
The only downside I found was that its unflavoured, now i just added some juice to it and it was perfect, I have been informed that they actually sell flavoured versions now though
If your looking for a creatine product that works and also gives you a pick me up... This is it for you!
FINAFLEX make fantastic products and of the products of had they have all been great and work just as you would expect them to, this company takes pride in its products and its customers.

Would I use this again?
Yes. I have no reason not to as it worked just as expected.
Is it good value?-
At 55.95$ it is a little pricey for creatine, however you are getting 60servings with 100mgs of caffeine so it can be used as a pre workout.
Would I recommend this to others?
Yes. Like i mentioned it does exactly what it says on the tub, thats FINAFLEX for you though. Their stuff works!
I think that covers it for this product, It worked a treat and I had no issues except the way I mixed the product (not FINAFLEX fault)
I enjoyed logging this and saw some great results.
