Man the work sounds brutal but you will get accustomed to it and start getting your stride again. Just don't let it be very long it is a bitch to get in and get going again.

So. I'm looking at getting back into dc training. I think 3 days a week will work best. I know tyga tyga has used it more than I have. Need to encorporate a good bit of weak point training in it. Rear Delts side delts and bis. My triceps will grow like a weed on if... How do you think I should go about it?
That'd be perfect. I'd make the rest pause on your bicep movement on your bicep/tricep and leg day higher rep.. Like 15-20, hit the extreme stretch and maybe add in a straight working set of another exercise. And everyday you're in the gym, add a rear delt movement, 3-4 sets. The OHP and DB OHP he has prescribed should slap on meat on the anterior/medial head for you.

Volume, I feel delts are like calves. You're always on your feet and always lifting your arms for something. I've considered experimentally hitting them every day like calves. That may be overkill but I think they have a lot of similar muscle fibers. If you're crazy enough lmk how you do :-D
Speaking of calves. Man the snow blew mine up. Close to an inch since frigging January. I was walking no lie 20+ miles a day in snow. Longest route was pushing 30...
Your delts have almost doubled in size the last 6 months. LOL If growing the medial and posterior delts are the goal, I recommend doing Wide Grip Upright Rows but bent over just a tiny bit. By wide grip I mean pinky - middle finger on the ring. Being that wide out takes the internal rotation that makes it dangerous and removes it. When your grip is that wide you really can only pull your elbows up to shoulder height leaving the bar only traveling up to about the rib cage. By not trying to take this any higher you keep the tension on the medial / posterior delts and avoid the inward rotation caused by trying to lift the bar to shoulder height with a closer grip. Doing that will not waste any of your energy working on the Anterior delts, and targets the 2 areas of the delts you want to hit directly. On top of that say you wanted to add to that a little you could easily do a feeder set workout for delts the day after your train chest/back/shoulders & triceps, and then another quick feeder set workout for biceps the day after your Biceps/ForeArms/Calves/Hamstrings/Quads. They might look like this. Delt Feeder Sets DB Side Raises 3x30 DB Rear Delt Raise 3x30, or a Delt Destroyer set. Biceps Feeder Sets DB Incline Curls 3x30 The extra work will spike protein synthesis again as well as rush nutrients to an already recovering muscle, so it sets it up for better recovery and increased protein synthesis.

Interesting. I usually don't use an upright row because of my shoulder issues. I'll have to try it this way.
