Also, hit my E9 in a breakfast shake for meal 1. I've decided that the Blue Ice is too sweet. Blended it with 4 eggs, cup of bluberries, 4oz milk and a heaping scoop of chocolate isolate, so it tasted pretty good (Chocolate-covered Blueberry), but it's still rather sweet. Drank it standalone in 12oz water w/ yesterday's bfast (preworkout meal) of tuna, blackbean salsa & basmati and it was not a good combo. Should have used 20oz and diluted it down some.

So, do as many warm ups as you need (Dante says about 4-6 for larger muscles ex; legs, chest and back and 2-3 for smaller.) then have a top set. Ex; Db bench- 45 for 10 55 for 8 70 for 8 110x4+3+3 rest for 15 seconds or 12 deep breathes hit another 3-4 reps, another 15 second rest, hit another 3-4 reps, rest 15 second and hit your final 2-3 reps. Dante has a set rep scheme you land in with the total of your three rest/pauses. Top set should be 9-12 reps total.. 5+4+2=11 You can pick the reps top as well, 9-12 is just a recommendation

Hyde tried to talk me into 100 rep tricep movement lol I haven't had a volume block, or hell anything over 12 reps for more than one set in a loooongggg time. So, all I heard hyde say was, "hey billy, you should do 100 reps, and have zero ability to extend or lengthen your triceps and be sore for four days" haha
But, I agree with the above mentioned training methods,rep schemes and intensities.

Everything moved really well tonight, except the 4th rep of my first 395 set. Moved up a notch on the lunges. 50 feels just as hard as 45, so that's the new standard I guess.
Been having some very good workouts on E9. I'm really pushing in the gym past my comfort zone. On both the strength work and the accessories. I figure if I always do what I've always done, I'll always get what I've always gotten.
