Ask your wife one thing she can do to improve her diet. When she gives you that one thing have it be her goal to stick with that (something simple and most people generally know what they should do). Once she masters that move to a new thing (ask again). And then make that new one the goal. This gets her to buy in by her recommending the change and you help support that decision and make it easier for her. That is my approach with newbies to diet.![]()

Wes is a mini tank dude and 3" shorter then me I would never make it. I've come to terms that I probably will never get too much lighter and I'm OK with that but I can get a lot stronger

Strong day all squat reps really focused on the glutes and could really tell a different weight shot up when did it right
Was going to hit 405 double but some reason said I got 415 it was probably the best one got the squeeze in and it flew up
Pauses were a lot better this week same as stated before focused on glutes

Pretty pleased with my 500 on that crappy bar 405s were taxing for sure very slow on the way down on each rep

Being that you dont have a program id find one that meets your needs and wants. Something linear based if raw, conjugate based if equipped.
