I watched his documentary, Muse, that aired this weekend on Showtime and it was great. I've never really been a fan of his (nor have I disliked him, either), but dude is driven and I love his mentality. I thought this quote in particular would resonate with our crowd.

He had one in the documentary talking about how if you don't acknowledge the pain as being more important than the game, then you won't feel it. That you will keep going until you finally decide to pay attention to it. He then went on to describe the feeling of blowing his achilles to walking around with your calf muscle touching the ground directly. That's horrifying.

I've been using Mr. Hyde and the NO3 Drive since last year for every workout. I wanted to try out Dr. Jekyll for a while now.

I'll never understand how she did this on her F'ed up ankle. My sister was a gymnast so this blew me away.

I worked out at a facility two months ago and the hand written sign above the exit said

" The man that wants to take your life got better today. Did you?"

I bet that has turned some folks around that were gonna leave.

I agree! My friend is their tour manager. He moved to Columbus and is fully in that industry now. Their songs are so angry lol. Gets me going
