Holy hell that's alot of fat. Too much.
I cap mine around 130 - 150 grams a day and I'm 210 lbs. On a TKD diet.
At my current caloric intake using that recommendation I'd be in the 225 -250 gram plus range.

I can do 50/40/10 F/P/C on a high fat / keto diet and remain in ketosis. 80% fat is way too high for any bodybuilder, and not necessary in order to be in ketosis.
