Article: LEANING BICEPS CURL FOR AN INSANE ARM PUMP

For me and curls....spyder curls are just about the only exercise i can do to reach a HUGE contraction! Almost to the point of cramping up if i held that contraction.
 
Like bent over concentration curls. The top of the bicep crosses the shoulder joint as well so helps to get full contraction...
 
Currently doing lying high cable curls, forgot about how intense the contraction was, love it!
