The epic food porn thread

Depends on how long the cut lasted, if it has not been at least 14-16 weeks i would say yes, especially since if your kcal intake is that low you should be right at the end of it.

No, just started. I was at like 1900-2000. Think it's too steep a drop?

I think by the end of this cut cals will be too low

Were you maintaining on 1900-2000?
What is your bodyweight again?

I was gaining slowly at 1900-2000. I went from 142 to 152 from Oct-Feb

Ok a lightweight like me. Personally, for the sake of your LBM, I would not drop much below that. You could probably stay around maintenance a while then drop 1-2 hundred

I've been staying on the upper end so far like 1750 a day, with two days per week of 1850+. I'm not seeing any strength decreases yet.

scope75 on the LC train ATM as kcals get lower. Turning to your lettuce wraps on the daily!
We must just switch around because I'm on the carbs now. Lol
Still using lettuce wraps so I can eat more tasty carbs.
Dropped some fat grams and taking in 600-800g carbs postWO and LC on off days.

I know :( FN SUX! It doesn't help that I have a desk job. That's why my cheats are so pitiful compared to others (ie. Scope)

But I'm also a fatty. Lol
I put on 20lbs in ~50 days. 30lbs if I use my carbed up weight.
It's just been recomp city this year.

if your eating 600g of carbs i would be buying bagels by the dozen.

I smash them both. Whatever's around goes down.
Don't forget about waffles too.

Have you ever seen these?

Not that one specifically, but yes. I made my own in my food dehydrator ... Money!

When I want high carb pancakes I use sweet potato powder.

GNO Chrisehyoung

You guys been to Smokey Joes?
I might rank them the spiciest burger in the area. And solid ribs/pulled pork

And to top it off. They sell this

I was at Walmart today and was going to grab a tub of PB Rolo, but I saw a new flavour ... Caramel & Crunch Rolo so rethinking it.

Anyone try that one?

Best part is the entire meal was free!

I never get the miso soup, it's a sodium bomb! They always look me like I'm crazy when I say, "Yes, I know it's included in the price but I still don't want it."

I used to love turtles in my chubby teen days ... which has the most mix-ins?

That's like turning down a fortune cookie at a Chinese restaurant lol
(Terrible example)

I love Miso soup

That whole line is bad for mix ins.
The Turtles has the best base, least mix ins.

Most mix ins might actually go to mrs fields

Ya true lol. I have a soy intolerance so the miso ain't worth the pain.

Anyone try that Little Caesars bacon wrapped deep dish?
Thinking about getting one but it seems like a bust from the reviews I quickly read.

I'm sure it sucks! There pizzas are usually no more than mediocre. :-/

Just whatever came up on google.
Seems like a grease BOMB more than anything.

The top criticisms of this pizza were that the crust was too thick and greasy.
The bacon around the crust added more flavor than I thought it would and really made the crust worth eating," one reviewer said. "I loved it and it would make the perfect hangover cure."
Most people said they could not manage more than one slice. Our reviewer who had three slices said he was "deeply upset" with himself.

To me, it was like eating a big, salty dough ball. The thick, deep deep dish crust helps to absorb the salty, greasy bacon. I saw cheese and tomato sauce but I have to confess I barely tasted cheese or tomato sauce.

The bacon and crust just overpower. That's good for bacon lovers, I guess.

Tastewise, the bacon was just okay. For all the bacon here, there wasn't a super-bacony, pork flavor to the pizza and some of the strips and bits were burnt. In general, the bacon was a little overcooked (or just right, depending on how you like your bacon) On the plus side, it was decently smoky and surprisingly not too salty.

here was plenty of cheese on the pizza and Little Caesars' blend of Muenster and mozzarella gave it a nice, distinctive flavor. The crust has quite a bit of heft to it and offered an enjoyable pairing of greasy, crispy crust with a dense but spongy crumb

As expected, the BWDDDP is very greasy… handle each slice with a oil-soaked napkin kind of greasy. Flavor obviously is packed with each bite, but as I mentioned before, it’s too much of that salty/savory quality that even plain old bacon-less crust would have helped break it up.

I would still try it out of curiosity

Made pancakes instead. Lol

Close enough! Lol I finally bought some sugar free so I can have syrup on my protein pancakes on low carb days!

There are plenty of better things to be had next week
like Jeni's and Graeters.

Oh NO, I didn't mean I would try it next week in Ohio. I won't be wasting any cals on that ish Lol

If I lived in the US, I would try it despite negative reviews.

Let us know how the SF Buttersworth is.

I ordered 4 pounds of cinnamon swirl and 4 pounds of chocolate Cellucor protein. I'm hoping to use some recipes you guys have put up The Solution Driven2lift
