First few days 80mg of clomid 40mg of

Nolva and 4 caps of super and 3G DAA. Lower the dose of novlva and clomid to 20 and 50 after first three days
 
I got 335lbs for 3 reps without him touching it. That was on the fourth rep. Then did 4 sets of 100lb dumbbell incline no assistance

good gains overall in the last 12 months. cant complain one bit with the progress.
 
Today i took 20mg of Nolva and 80mg of clomid 3G DAA and 4'sup3r pct. I am going to add anabeta when it gets here.

nice. how far into pct are you and have you lost any weight yet? did you add in creatine into your pct?
 
Pretty solid pct!! I've read a few places saying most dmz gains being mostly water from raises glycogen levels, Is that the benefit of adding creatine to pct? Retaining some water and helping keep strength up? I've never been a responder to creatine even following the directions religiously, so I'm curious

Thanks brother! And I haven't been taking creatine I might pick up some pre workout with monohrydrate. I still have been eating like a ****ing bull. I'm definitely a little chubbier because I have still been eating 3600+ calories a day but I actually had some of my lifts increase in the week since my last oral dose
 
Creatine Mono is a year round supp for me, so cheap and effective...

Probably one of the most cost efficient supps available..

Quick question for you though is your dmz just straight dmz? its not dmz 2.0 or 3.0? im thinking of logging a dmz 2.0 run, its been a while since ive run a ph (witch happen to be a dmz solo run) i think its time, whats you or anyone elses take on dmz 2.0? its dmz+msten. Only thing i worry about is hair loss, ive had good luck controlling all other sides, i saw you used nizerol shampoo is that something thats sold at local pharmacies SHAZEEZEE i looked in walgreens today no luck or any other name brand shampoo youd recommend ?
 
im not really sure if im prone to it, my dads got hair my moms got hair at 55 years old, but i always seem to shed a bit on cycle and it seems like im getting thin up top, at 27 its a little soon, if i do a cycle i want to try and keep whats there haha

honestly I feel like nizoral helped but that's just me. I know dermacrine has stuff to combat hair loss if you pick that for a base with the cycle! Not sure how well it works but I loved dermacrine before

That **** was so heavy I used chalk because after I get about 2 heavy reps 315+ my hands start slipping a bit outward
 
Damn bro! your quads are cut like razor blades and your shoulder with looks like you went out about 2 or 3 inches wider, also see more muscle and def in the upper body. proud of you bro congratulations! keep it goin man!
 
I think you should do more iso moves for shoulders like side raises, bent over raises, 3x12-15 on all of them, start with bent over raises of 12-15 3sets when you get to the side raises bump the weight up each time go 12-10-8 with strict form, no throwing the weight until your very last 2 sets if that to cheat that last rep or two, some front raises as well, lay face down on a incline bench about 40-60degrees where your leaning forward and bit and do barbell front raises at the end of your shoulder routine, hit it like every other week sets of 50-100 reps with very light weight im telling you your shoulders will pop so much more!! and how;s the incline bench going? I wanna see some more upper need a good upper chest shot see your progress there. rt on bro!
 
I mean I rep put 100lbs Dumbbells for sets of 10-12 easily After bench on incline. I can do about 315 pretty easily on incline. Haven't tried to max out though. And thanks for the advice Kila!
 
I have like the longest uncomfortable pump like my biceps feel like I have softballs stuck unseemly skin and keep seizing up. I think I over did arms today. It seriously is uncomfortable as ****

Kind of looks like when I throw 1.5cc in my bi then go do 25rep sets

Good stuff man, you should start on incline before flat when you hit it, incline BB/flat BB/incline DB/flat DB/ get that upper chest and them delts REALLY popping, and do some incline cable flyes 3 drop sets at the end I tell you when you get that upper chest poppin you look like a whole other monster, almost everyone does flat and has the teardrop pecs, but to have the double upper and lowers man, the waves or like they called it in the old school the oak wood dresser chest. doing great though man, you don't need no advice from me lol, cant wait til you break that 405 mark
