From my competition this past weekend (my first one) Old deadlift american record -484 New deadlift American record -491 8) Invalid Link Removed After my drug test comes back, it should go up on PL watch Totaled 1107 as well, weighing 143.8. From what I was told that puts me in the top 50 elite lifters for tested and untested athletes.

So is it 2 shots 2-3 minutes before you're set? Do you both feel this helped u with the multiple PRs?
Followed Chris Duffin aka Kabuki of former AM fame and his whiskey and deadlifts protocol this evening. Hit three PRs on deadlift. 505X3 505 sumo (weak stance) 545x4
^ I drank whiskey as well today and pulled a 45lb sumo PR of 600lbs at 224bw

Lol, you guys are retards. I am all for whiskey and I am all for deadlifts, but this is frat boy talk. I'll just stick with sativa before a lift.![]()
Wow this got me to go search this topic. Never heard this before. Found an article by Duffin. Very interesting. Can't say if it would have helped or not, but I failed badly on a deadlift PR last week. But I was totally psyched out before I even grabbed the bar Hmmm

LOL, you expect to break a PR with irish whiskey? You should have gone with a nice rye. Man, rookies.

Lb. I'm weak yes I know. But it was using the thick bar
I meant no disrespect, I just thought that because I was on my phone and your av made you look like a beast. So it was actually a compliment.![]()
None taken. Everyone lifts different numbers but we are all brothers in iron.
That's a crazy front squat PR! Congrats!!315x1 on beltless front squats.
315x1 on beltless front squats.
try hard.Benching 295x4 squatted 425x1 deadlifted 465x1 powercleaned 270. Running a 4.59(with laser time) 40yard dash while weighing 207.3lbs at 5foot9. 30inch vertical. btw I'm only 18. Haha sorry for going off and bragging a little bit. I don't get to do that a lot, at my highschool they make fun of people like me and say there is no point being like me and how I use steriods, calling me a try hard and it pisses me off.
try hard.
Oh I have been wondering this for a while is my bench weak compared to my squat because I feel like it is but I was wondering what other people think
Nope. Pretty normal. If anything I'd say your bench is a little close to your squat and deadlift, but we all start training trying to get that bench up. There is no golden ratio, just keep trying to get better and improve your weaknesses.
