Staring 2015 Off Right With PX White XT & ALC/CLA.........

I freaking love cereal so much but it freaking insta bloats me. For awhile too
 
Last I had was some of that delicious sugar cookie CTC you posted up top. Was worth it, lol
 
I don't think I could ever say no to hash browns.
 
I made hash browns once. It said add a teaspoon of salt and I added a table spoon. I haven't made it since and that was probably 15 years ago! Lol :/ someone cook for me!!!!!!!!!
 
Did you ever try >1 cap of PX White? I am tempted...

Well I'm in LA walking around enjoying the sun and its 70 degrees.
As we took off from San Jose it started raining so I'm glad that stayed back home.

I'm jealous ... really wanted to go to the expo this year but it just wasn't in the cards ...... and its raining like hell up here in NorCal at the moment. Supposed to continue through the weekend.
 
Looked like rain here earlier this week but when I checked this morning it showed sunny and 70. Lucked out because rain would've killed the trip since we wouldn't be able to walk around as much.

Lots of pics will be took and posted.
I've already picked up some tasty treats. :)
 
I'm getting jealous reading this about the 70 degree weather! Glad I'm finally home where I can at least warm up to the 50's and 60's!

Also think today is a double dose morning.
There's a golds down the street that opens at 7 so I'll hit a nice HIIT and SQUAT session before the expo.

We have Rioz here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Great place to go when bulking!

Really enjoy my trips but man it felt great to be home.

Got to meet Jason "Big Balls" this weekend at the FinaFlex booth and he's a good/cool guy to talk too. Hooked it up with a bunch of samples, Stimul8 RTD , shaker cup, and picked up a tub of G8 on the cheap.

Here's the RTD preWO. Tasted was killer and my performance in the gym was too.

A RTD and 1 cap of PX White makes a 60min workout feel like a 15min session. I was straight flying threw **** and was on cloud 9.
 
I've yet to take mine with the 1/2s STIMUL8 I take. The way I sweat is be drenched in minutes.

Bro 10min cardio had me drenched!!!
I was unstoppable until I had to leave so my GF and I could get to the expo before it opened to get in the big lines at a few of the BIG booth/vendors.
 
Oh and me and my GF hit Golds in DTLA and we both got to workout sided by side with the whole bb.com and ON crew.
Was really cool to see/meet the guys I see in emails weekly. Seeing them lift in person really opens your eyes and DAMN did they guys/girls looks good while lifting.
Then they all remembered us when we hit the expo and hooked it up with samples like no other.
Was to cool and that experience made the LA FitExpo legit as it gets.

There was also some other guys I recognized and damn they where straight MONSTERS!!!!
One guy looked like a damn bull and had traps on top of traps and just mass on top of mass.
Lots of motivation to kill it and become bigger and better than I've ever been.
