I dont play with ice cream.
not in PA yet but will be hopefully next month. FLA usually gets ice cream first, then cali, then the north east. So it will be a bit. maybe i will get lucky and find it in columbus next month.

B&J has quite a few new things still to drop

I still don't have the new cookie cores yet. Would love to try this

I went to Target for the clearance sales here but no food items were on sale (probably not until a week before closing I would guess)
BnJ pints were still 5.99 :(

Ok Real Talk

Birthday next month
Thinking about ordering a deep dish pizza right from Chicago (50$) or getting a 6 pack of Crumbs Cupcakes from NYC which will be expensive as hell either.
Looking for some good ideas for my Bday....

Or i may go to pittsburgh and hit up a fine dining restaurant (Spoon) which i have not been to yet..

Thoughts....

Deep dish, no doubt!
I assume your talking about Giordano's... There is a place near me that is a copycat of that place. 9.5 vs 10 for Giordano's.
I'll celebrate your bday with a deep dish of my own :)

Chicago deep dish hands down.

Lou Malnati's

Went to Lou's when I was in Chicago years ago and was good. But I got the mini and I think I didn't get the full experience.

ah, thats what i figured but kind of a bummer. def wont be the same as fresh made.
I dunno about that. I love double baked pizza!!! Think about it, when you go to a pizza place and buy it by the slice it's always better than delivery. Because they throw it back in the oven.
I typically buy a big deep dish and freeze most of it. Waaaay better afterwards if you like it crispy.

^^ That they ship Will be better than any local pizza in Erie.. lol

I lived near my local deep dish place for ~7.5 years and only discovered it about a year ago after I came back on a trip to Orlando where I hit up Giordano's.
I need to make up for lost time!!!

Their signature pizza is a roast beef with green peppers & mushrooms...drool.

I hate all you Illinois people. I would love to have a real deep dish pizza. Non of this Uno crap :D

Hey be nice, it's a consolation prize for Cubs sucking for 100+ years.

Pizza Uno is where it all started though, just others have perfected it. There are so many good restaurants in Chicago, we hardly ever get pizza there.

All you guys better be cheating for upcoming Valentine's Day!

Enjoy your meals it's monday and I'm already dreaming about some good Bbq (not like it's the normal romantic food type)

Visited my sister and she has an obsession with asian cuisine. This was in her freezer

Actually had tiny beans in it. Not my thing but it wasn't bad

Asian make some odd things ha. Beans and ice cream... That said, they're usually good

But then you get a little bit less pizza!

Full round with heart shaped pepperonis ;)
I did that a few years back lol

There's a place in town (Fromaggios) that sells a pretty good deep dish. Close to Chicago style. And yes i've eaten at Lou Malnati's and Giordano's in Chicago.

Not a big cake guy but I do like a good carrot cake

The closest I get to good Deep Dish is O'Hara !!!! Ha Ha

How did you make the frosting?

It is a pretty standard cream cheese frosting; cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla extract, touch of salt

That baby is a whole lotta calories

Deep dish and NYC pizza are prob the best but buffalo not so much lol

Buffalo pizza is a mix of the two. Figures, as we're geographically equidistant.
