Yeah.. Sweetened nut milks defeats the purpose for anyone that isn't lactose intolerant.

If I am using the extra cals I will drink real milk all day every day

agreed. Real milk is still the best but cals can be rough

I at least like the wide variety when using nut milks,
Some just suck though lol I tried Flax milk and never again

iv'e seen those, along with Macadamia nut milk which looks nice. I wish Aus had better cereal's our government i think has regulated them hard on having lots sugary cereals, i mean there's quite a few but it's really not a huge selection like the US lol.

Aus sounds crazy strict, I knew about the supplement regulations but cereal???

They must be trying to keep all the women hot by limiting the sugar lol

yeah pretty lame. and they banned poptarts for a while to lol woolworths only just started selling them again (only chocolate and strawberry) but its like that with everything, video games took forever to get an R rating, before that games got banned if they didn't fit MA 15+ .

I get the feeling that if someone ran for office with a campaign promise being to eliminate some of the more crazy restrictions a good chunk of the voters would be happy

Really? I tried an unsweetened flax milk and really liked it. I sometimes buy a chocolate flavoured almond milk & mix it half /half with an unsweetened (almond or flax) and have it with organic whole grain O's or quinoa puffs. Instead of having sugary cereal your making semi-clean choco milk cereal and it tastes really good.

Just polished off that honeysuckle gelato.. Was probably in the top 3 desserts overall that I have ever tasted.. And I'm not even big on banana flavours. Was very rich and decadent. Was also the first time I've ever eaten a whole pint :D

Mmm went with this bad boy they didn't have the other two, this was still very good. Salted Caramel donut, with pretzels. Very legit 9/10

I went to visit my folks in Mississauga and dropped into Whole Foods. I found a plain & chocolate hazelnut (both ~14g sugar per 1/2 cup). Then I saw an Unsweetened Almond/Cashew/Hazelnut blend by Dream. This may be the closest your going to get.

Looks pretty good. Not as good looking as the blueberry one. Local donut shops are the best, they have your out side the box type of donuts.

I think I have finally decided on what to eat on my cheat meal. But before that, gonna hit chest + shoulders and follow up by HIIT to increase fat oxidation.

2-3 slices of pizza.
penne pasta in marinara sauce.
Dairy Queen plain vanilla ice cream + 1 scoop Ergonine in a blender.
4 beers.

On top of that, I'll be watching Seinfeld.

That one will be next for me. I was impressed with the whole GF lineup based on what I saw. Also stoked for BnJ "tonight dough" sounds HHNNNGGGG

I dont play with ice cream.
not in PA yet but will be hopefully next month. FLA usually gets ice cream first, then cali, then the north east. So it will be a bit. maybe i will get lucky and find it in columbus next month.

B&J has quite a few new things still to drop
