After another crazy blowout this weekend with junk food, I have realised that if I didn't like pizza then I would never feel the 'need' to cheat.

I like other food but pizza is seriously my weakness

That sub just doesn't look appetizing to me ...
 
As always, the time challenge is the rough part.

I've tackled the 48" party sub but it was for fun while intoxicated lol

A local pizzashop has opened. No Italian background on the owner whatsoever nor does the chef.

I tried their white sauce pizza. Damn. It was horrible. Never gonna order any white sauce on a bread ever again.
 
There is some thing about a Pizza Shop that says you must be Italian !!
 
Ben & Jerry's Spectacular Speculoos Cookie Core

As I dug down the pint there were nice little chunks of the Speculoos cookies, but the funny thing was they were very similar to that of the Trader Joe's Pint when they released their cookie butter ice cream. Little specs here and there as you went down the pint. Combined with the base I found that Caramel and the cookie were a great pair, not to say the Vanilla and Cookie pieces + Core were not, but the Dark Caramel needs to happen more often in the future for Ben & Jerry's. The Core was pretty damn good. If you like Cookie Butter you are going to be in heaven. it reminded me of the globs of peanut butter from the PB Pie from Haagen Dazs. Very rich, dense, and flavorful of pure cookie butter in every single bite. Ben & Jerry's did good here, I am eager to see how it stacks vs PB Cookie Core when I get my hands on it. But if you are a cookie butter fan. this is a must. Improve the cookie pieces and Vanilla base and this is a stand out A

We have Bruster's Hand Dipped Ice Cream here in PA, my favorite !

no they did not piss me off
your just buying low quality stuff
Vanilla Soft serve is bottom of the barrel, if you want mediocre ice cream you can keep going to DQ, just saying you can buy much better stuff for the same price else where.

Obviously there are much better ice creams available. And yes soft serve is not as good as other ice creams.

But some blizzards are still good
 
I do still like my Blizzards, and even Frosty's

Soft serve is a nice treat on occasion and is just super convenient to find on the go

You need to get out and experience some good ice cream, Once you do you will think blizzards are mediocre

Red Velvet Oreo's-
6.5/10
Taste like a regular oreo, Literally. Maybe the red food coloring in the cookie is about the only exception. Nothing to rave over here...

Not huge on ice cream in general because I'd rather have other sugary carb sources. But, if I do blizzards / vanilla soft serve is my last choice as well. Gelato is good stuff!
 
My wife loves Dairy Queen.............I preferred Hand Dipped

Trust me i have been out, and I have had other ice creams, custards, Gelato, etc. I have traveled to many countries and many states. I have "been out" lol.

But..... I have a DQ 3 blocks from my house. Travel the world, park car go into store, or drive through DQ.

Sometimes your kids want ice cream and you don't have time to travel the world to get it.

I like craft beer, but that doesn't mean I won't knock down some coors light lol.
