betaine is most studied pre-workout in the 2.5g Range, i would also take it pre for the LCLT (Due to performance/endurnace) just me though.

Initially I had a very bad habit f paying extra for better flavouring even if products were inferior
So glad to have PES and now Athletix nailing down both

I did want to take a second to explain the reason for our Glutamine and Alanine combination. Trust me, we aren't going to sit her and tell you taking straight glutamine is the holy grail like its 2002.

But to summarize our research here is what we found

1) Glutamine can be effective, WHEN in the presence of l-alanine

2) Alanine is the important amino here alongside Glutamine, and that is why ingredients like L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine dipeptide actually work. We opted for a ratio higher in Alanine vs Glutamine

3) You don't need the dipeptide, just the combination

Chronic oral administration of DIP and free GLN + ALA before long-duration exercise represents an effective source of glutamine and glutamate, which may increase muscle and liver stores of GSH and improve the redox state of the cell.

The part that we can get glutamine in I've realized but why someone wants 1-2g of glutamine when you can get it through your protein intake?
 
For the same reason we take BCAAs and added leucine. We want to assure a certain quantity is consumed and in this particular case, consumed with L-Alanine
 
Glutamine gets a bad rap IMO. People focus on it too narrowly

Making sure you're on the Insider, and if you're not, getting on it, wouldn't be a bad idea if you're looking to try Ergonine or need to stock up on some more in the next few weeks ;)

Not a new product* But still something people will be excited about ;)

Dopa deal will be available for at least the coming week I'd say, possibly longer depending on what people go with.
 
Should have some high volume sold there to alongside E9 im all out would be handy missing those naughty pumps
