today was an awesome athletic style dynamic leg and stability day.
Single leg squats. Suspended back leg
Dumbells
50s for 5 sets of 18 reps
Stationary lunges
135 for 5 sets of 20
10 each leg
Straight leg deads super set jump squats
185lbs for 15
15 jump squats with 25 lbs do each hand
For five sets [this hurt so good]
Agility ladder with calf raises
This is kind of hard to explain because it was basically cardio for 10-15 minutes non stop

stronger and faster and people are noticing.
Nice routine. I've done leg days in the park many times with frog leap squats across the field and one leg squats and all that. I honestly feel like these types of workouts got me more sore and lead to more growth than traditional bodybuilding styled leg routines. so definitely not a bad idea to throw that in there for the switch up! Shock em baby!

I have been doing legs twice a week.
But so I went to do squats... Did 135 then threw on another plate and did ten. And felt good threw on another plate and did 10!? With 315.... Feeling the trest driving me insane i threw on anther plate and called my little brother over and did 405lbs for four reps. Then tried 435 and got it. Could have probably don't a little more.
Weighing 218lbs gonna hit some chest and biceps today. Sorry I haven't been posting but my shoulders been a bit bummed
Injury/strain?
I'm juuuuust getting over a wrist thing, sucks being outta commish for several weeks.... ITS SUCKS!!!!! Feels good to be near 100% again, I forgot what that felt like!
