Shazeezee runs DMZee + EPI and trest

Sweet mother of back pumps holy crap. Definitely buying more stuff for it. Doing jack squats and I had pumps going through my back and my quads ****ing pumped and ****. So stiff I had a hard time leaving the gym
 
I saw my knee ACL tear surgeon... He was like in all my years I have never seen some ones quads get this big that fast after an ACL tear. Your muscle cells change once you tear it and it's usually smaller permanently...

He basically accused me of being on juice.


But literally my quads don't fit into my old wranglers. I had to get bigger jeans... Like I usually wear like khaki chino dress pants to work that are semi tight but damn I didn't think inwould out grow them... I sound like im exaggerating ...

But honestly I'm half bitching I had to buy new pants and half excited my quads are getting big .
 
Hellz yea man! if they aint talkin about you then they done forgot about you so atleast you got em talkin about ya, I LOVE that feeling personally of when your quads & calves get so big you feel like a freak cause ya cant get your pants on right, the waist is all tiny and loose and the quads are all pumped and freakish.. keep up the great work!!! so far I love your drive and determination

I mean I always feel like pics don't do justice because I have
A fairly large stature.

But I also can 4.5-4.6 forty yard dash so I guess I am pretty nimble.:: I am a center back in rugby. I told my dad I was gonna get to 240 and play running back at my university XD.
 
Dang! I'd say strong safety! Running backs take way too much abuse.

Safety would be perfect, tall for reach and interceptions, fast enough to get to the action, big enough to lay fat hits and shed blockers like nothing, and nimble enough to cover a reciever!
 
I know what you mean about the pictures not doing justice. You can't really capture the mass of a tall person as well because the picture robs you of the surface area you cover compared to a shorter person. Like 10lbs on me would look like 5lbs on you in a picture, but in person you can see the 10lbs better because its spread out over a large area, and you can see the space it takes up better.

Nice! I dunno how the PH affect your hunger, but what I'm on, I cant seem to get enough food. I'm like always hungry and I eat a ton!!!! I ate a whole pizza too like nothing!
 
I actually did about thirty minutes of cardio today after my core workout. Did some HIIT on the rowing machine. Lol my biceps had such a pump it hurt for an hour
 
What's your take on doing cardio on a bulk cycle if body fat percentages are already fairly low? Around 15 percent.
 
I mean i enjoy doing cardio maybe once or twice a week because of dropping some water weight and keeping your cardiovascular endurance maintained. If I was bulking I would probably do 2-3 seasons at most
 
yeah I may do two sessions a week just to keep bf in check. probably after leg day.
 
I think the good thing about cradio on a bulk is it helps not give a false set of gains since most people go by scale during a bulk

Stationary lunges
135 for 5 sets of 20
10 each leg


Straight leg deads super set jump squats
185lbs for 15
15 jump squats with 25 lbs do each hand

For five sets [this hurt so good]



Agility ladder with calf raises
This is kind of hard to explain because it was basically cardio for 10-15 minutes non stop

Feel like a beast...
I'm bigger,
stronger and faster and people are noticing.

Nice routine. I've done leg days in the park many times with frog leap squats across the field and one leg squats and all that. I honestly feel like these types of workouts got me more sore and lead to more growth than traditional bodybuilding styled leg routines. so definitely not a bad idea to throw that in there for the switch up! Shock em baby!

Yes sir I agree and I love the Dynamic movements that involve making repeated contractions on an axis your body isn't acclimated too.
 
I like throwing this type of workout in every once in a while.. Takes me back to hs football

I have been doing legs twice a week.


But so I went to do squats... Did 135 then threw on another plate and did ten. And felt good threw on another plate and did 10!? With 315.... Feeling the trest driving me insane i threw on anther plate and called my little brother over and did 405lbs for four reps. Then tried 435 and got it. Could have probably don't a little more.

Injury/strain?

I'm juuuuust getting over a wrist thing, sucks being outta commish for several weeks.... ITS SUCKS!!!!! Feels good to be near 100% again, I forgot what that felt like!
