Good morning! Today's workout started great but I lost my umph about halfway through. I've been having some tightness in my forearms and running up into my bicep. Using my biceps made it worse so I went lighter and ended up skipping some of my curls. Had a hard time pushing through the rest of the workout but I made it through!

Forearm pain begins in the shoulder. Some light stretching and lacrosse smashing On the bicep, anterior delt, brachloradalis and rear delt should help

*edit- unless they're stress fractures then you can't do anything for it besides rest

Thanks guys! I did like you suggested Tyga and used a ball to smash into my bicep! Holy smoke! That hit the spot! I'm gonna keep doing it but it already feels better!

Good morning and happy Friday! Over slept this morning so got the kids to school late. :-/ Arm isn't too bad today! Feels a little bruised from all of the mashing I was doing yesterday! Lol I was talking to a trainer friend of mine and he was helping my me trouble shoot it. I have a lot of chronic neck pain that may be the culprit. I will be scheduling a deep tissue massage or trigger therapy to try to get it all to release! Enough of that- lets get onto the good stuff! Workout was great today!

About the Advil use, I'm not saying your dosages are high but take a look at this (summary: ibuprofen inhibits muscle protein synthesis):

Started an ECA stack today! I will be starting a new log soon- just can't figure out what I want to call it and where I want to place it! Chest and legs are nice and sore from yesterday! Brought up the whole idea of me doing a PL meet towards the end of the year or next year....that didn't quite go as I planned but he just doesn't understand my passion behind it all! I love lifting and think it will be fun do work towards some type of competing. Maybe start with PL and then a BB show........

Hahahaha Good one!! I am taking 1/2 a bronkaid to start so 12.5 ephedrine, 200mg of caffeine, and 81mg aspirin... Twice a day

This is my typical starting dose also, minus the Advil.

It should only be with the first dose, unless your doctor wants you on blood thinners

I meant aspirin... I don't take it at all. Still is just as effective without.

Oh ok...yes it is. It just helps keep your body temp down to keep the ephedrine working longer..

There is a LOT if bro science on the ECA stack around the net. So much that i think the majority if ECA users don't understand the stack effects.

I only jumped in to let you know about the lack of need for extra aspirin doses.

Sadly one of the most commonly fatal and damage causing OTC meds is overuse of ASA/Aspirin

I figure I give my liver enough to deal with and aspirin isn't great for it either. With the bajillion possible side effects of Ephedrine, I feel pretty safe from having blood clots with my meager use.
 
Final review: roughly 11 week Run of Olympus Labs Ostar1ne

I really enjoyed using the Osta and very happy with my results! It definitely helped me in my bulk to gain 11 lbs all while loosing fat. The only negative side I had was headaches in the very beginning which I found lack of water was the culprit. With the increase of body temperature, getting adequate water was even more important!

Dosing started at 15mg and about halfway upped to 20mg. Usually all taken in the am.

Mood was great! From the start it increased libido! I didn't notice it quite as much towards the end but it wasn't a loss.

Definitely felt much warmer throughout the entire run. Found myself sleeping outside the covers with the house in the 60's or not wearing jackets when I normally would.

Slight increase in strength and improved recovery.

Biggest thing I enjoyed was the fact it helped me get leaner while putting on muscle. I will definitely be putting this in my book of favorites and likely be running it again at some point!
