365 front squat was a joke. Full update after I finish my workout
FS was fast as hell. Nice. Can't comment on sumo, I don't know jack. Looked rough tho.
Nice pr's brother
Thanks, reg! The FS moved much faster than I expected.
And yeah, idk jack either. Gonna stick with conventional and just play around with sumo as an accessory. 405 flew up much faster than I've ever pulled conventional so I said screw it and worked up to 5 plates.
Hey if your feeling it why not work up that's sorta how we run things on the weekends
You made the front squat look way to easy for the volume of weight! The Sumo looked fine to me. I get a little deeper when I do them but that's because I have to keep my back more vertical. Strong lifts L&S!
Would it be strange if I hit a 4 plate front squat before I hit a 5 plate back squat? Lol
Do it anyways lol
Nice PRs man. Very strong. The sumo was like a hybrid looking one...kinda like how Coan pulled.
Front squat was great. Sumo looked good once you corrected your ribcage positioning and pulled the bar into your hips.
I'm not a great bencher or squatter, but I do know how to pull sumo. Thanks, rodja. I may have you take a look at some more of my sumo pulls in the future...I'll undoubtedly need some help down the road.
All looked good. It was amazing How upright you stayed throughout the front squat. Looked fantastic. Sumo the weight corrected your positioning. Practice would have you setting up there and pulling more weight with less wasted motion. Then you can diagnose what to improve. I'm jealous of you guys that nail big weights sumo right off the bat.
You're in the zone! As long as strength doesn't drop its a beautiful thing! If you feel any strength decrease at all then increase cals.So I'm down 7lbs in a week of eating 3200-3400 calories a day.

Good work man! And I'd bump those cals up for sure.. Don't want weight dropping off to quick.
>calories = PRs.![]()
Ain't that the truth.
lolU are so full of knowledge u even quote yourself lol
up the dose to lift the most! lol.
Lol yeah, I've heard that works too. Ask Jesse Norris
Allegedly!
Me: Hey jo, what helped your bench the most? Jo: Up the dose. Real life conversation btw
