Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

Yeah I'm good lol I can brew tren at the price of a vial of trest on sale. If I want stupid size and strength with those sides I will run tren at 700mg+ again. I did more reading on it and with what I'm using I would rather stick to my exemestane and avoid forking over more cash but maybe after my bulk I will run it (higher dose) while I cruise into a mini cut then lean bulk and cut into show. It on the table for 8 weeks. A new note... Looks like the next show will be the Europa ProAm in Phoenix in October timeframe.

How much exem will you probably use/day and will you split it 12 hours apart?

Naw I inject in the mornings so exem is 25mg eod before my last meal. I use adex on the non days if I have too. My exem is pharma so I usually don't need too

Yep I ALWAYS have letro onhand. If gyno ever flares up I use letro .5mg in the mornings until it's gone on top of my other AIs. Gotta be careful tho because letro will dry the hell out of your joints or at least it does mine.

I really like letro a lot. Haven't used it in some time, and like you said you have to watch not to crush things, but it's great & cheap & will help shed a lot of water.
 
Start with Desoxy and Dien are better than Trest alone.

And they r drier. I recommend both and taper Dien up as u progress. Something like 400mg/wk Desoxy Cyp and 1400mg/wk of Dien will make u grow and still fairly tolerable other than blood pressure. Manage that we'll and ur gtg. Extremely ridiculous strength and hardness too.
 
Sorry I'm late... Moved from pa to ga this weekend.

Trest was my favorite cycle I've run yet but there were some sides. Ran it for 8 weeks from 12.5mg up to 50 ed stacked with 30mg epi. Worst sides were night sweats (soaked from week 4 through week 4 of pct) and estro conversion. I didn't have any issues with bloat at all but my nips were sore AF even at 1ml Adex Ed. Didn't have any gyno issues but it was definitely a close call. Strength was awesome (just a hair less then tren)and pumps were great (not quite on par with tren). Gained about 15lb and kept every single ounce as well as kept gaining strength through pct and beyond. I've been off for about 8 weeks now and still setting pr's so all of the strength and weight was kept which was the best part for me.

Stacking with epi seemed to really help with the estro sides as they really only showed up as I was tapering down the epi at the end. I actually liked this cycle better the test/tren since I kept more but they're fairly comparable otherwise.
 
Soooo yesterday I tried a new approach to my diet. I'm gunna stick to it. I'm eating around 4000 calories Monday-Saturday. Saturday is leg day (quads), Sunday off, Monday back and Tuesday is legs (hams). Sundays will be 1.5-2x calorie intake but anything goes for it. The idea is 6 days straight lifting and inbetween my 2 biggest muscle days and heaviest I smash food and sleep all day. What I did is this.-

200mcg GHRP-6, 200mcg CJC every 2 hours. Did this 5 times. 30min after the 1st and 3rd peptide injections is 5iu GH. I was a food destroying machine. I ate 6800 calories and woke up dry with abs showing and hungry as hell. I weighed 226 yesterday morning and today 232.

I ate-
1 tub icecream
1 box Oreos
1lb steak
5 bratwurst
2 salmon fillets
1/2lb chicken
1 bag Doritos
2 protein shakes
2 gatorades
1 gallon water
Plus buns, condiments and a few other small things

Just crushed my back with stupid azz weight and had the most painful pump ever. I think I found my new bulk plan.. A clean 4k calories then on Sunday double it with anything I can fit in me and use a ton of GH and peptides to put it all away lol
 
Sounds like a plan....if i recall correctly, jay cutler used to eat snicker bars if he isnt gaining!

Yep he would eat snickers in the morning and after he lifted if he wasn't gaining.

You only have to wait 30min after pinning. I wait about 45 then eat it in 15min wait an hour and do it again.

Outstanding. I was checking them out and was very curious about their trest ace.... Where's the sweet spot for daily dosing >50?
my ideal dose was between 25 and 50. At 50 the sides got worse and the gains weren't really any better. I was practically drinking Adex just to keep my nips from being too sore to function.

No caber or prami? It is a 19nor. Usually a few sips of caber when I ran up to 50 helped immensely with the nips.
 
So little update--

I'm growing pretty well at 500mg test and peps right now. I'm gaining with my calorie intake this high. I'm ready to get on cycle this weekend. My back day yesterday was amazing, feeling superhuman. 585lb deadlifts felt great, hit a few at the end for 4 reps. My working sets are 4 sets of 405 for 8 reps. The last one was easy so I threw on a few more plates for fun. Had a little audience watching me... I could see the doubt until I pulled that sh*t up like it was nothing. Should be fun to see how strong I get in the next month.
 
Oh yeah.... Getting enough Pharma GH to blast it at 6iu for 20 days with a very high calorie and slin dose on top of peps and my replica GH. Looking for 8-10lbs in those 20 days which is easy but that's muscle and glycogen storage.

Go with a lever. I'm saving up some dough for one my belts gotten too big. You can get her one in pink or purple. I think most chicks would like that.

Does it need to be pink or embroidered or anything like that? Not hating; some chicks love that shiz and there's a lot of companies that can accommodate that.

My wife has an inzer lever, its a high quality belt and she'll never need another.

They take 900 years if you order from Inzer though - make sure you use House of Pain and you'll get it quick. These are pretty solid belts. I don't like it as much as my Titan, but I've borrowed them and they certainly get it done.

Dude at work was too fat and lazy to get his lunchbox. Texted me when I was getting mine. I grabbed it and when I walked back into the hangar I was like I skipped step 1 but step 2 is complied with. He was like whaaa? I showed him the vid and he bowed up like he was gonna hit me. Then he realized Id eat him for breakfast.

Just make sure she knows how to brace the core properly without one, because if she doesn't it will do very little for her.
I never put so much thought into a belt. I just wear whatever fits and cinch it in tight.

That's not how you use a lifting belt....

So u wear it loose? I really don't want to go down this technical rabbit hole about belts though. They help me lift, but mainly just seem to provide a little peace of mind. I'm not sure they do much outside of stabilizing my core alittle when I go deep in the squat.

Seriously, no technical rabbit hole needed. I don't need a belt for my purposes, I was just amazed at all the expertise and thought that others put into it. Didn't realize it makes a big difference. I'm not arguing that fact.

I wear a belt my whole workout. Not much to it. Wrap it around and cinch it up. It's mainly so I don't blow my gut out lol. When I go ham in a heavy set and get up in reps my core will get tired and form starts to slack... It's there to remind me too keep my core tight. There is also the believe wether it's fact or not that it can help keep your waist small. Who knows. I don't put much thought into it. I would rather devout my mental effort into my workout lol.

actually I didn't. I didn't even think of that tbh. I'll have to try that out next time as I have had prolactin issues in the past but usually in pct.
