Something loose in my Formeron bottle?

Recently purchased a few bottles and got one out today to begin use. Noticed that when I shake it, there is a sound like a metal B-B or something (similar to what you would hear in a can of spray paint).

Is that normal, and if so, does that indicate that the bottle is to be shaken before every use/pump?
 
Tried it, and it worked fine.

Kind of left a "glittery" look on my skin, though. Good thing I'm covering it up with a shirt!
 
Yea it dies have a crystal residue but I usually put lotion on about 15 minutes after and it takes care of that.
 
Also when the bottle is out, take the pump out and get in it with a q tip and you'll have a few more doses left.
