On that note I did my first 100-rep bicep curl set today. Took a 30lb EZ bar, pumped out 70 reps, rested 20 sec without putting it down, hit 15 more then rest-paused it through to 100. Bet it took about 90 seconds. Next week gunning for 35lbs. Paul Carter has a video doing like 105 or something crazy with a straight bar.

Ouch. Imma try that one of these days.

Lol I just meant in terms of exercises really. Didn't do much. But like I said fugging gym was packed. Definitely got a pump on.

I can't speak for anyone else's, but at least when our gym is packed the free weights are usually still available. (We do have quite a bit of them tho...)

I'm half tempted to call the fire dept.. Max capacity is 87 people on the free weights. There's well over 200 in there most nights.


All this walking makes me think I could cram 10k cals down. Sooooo hungry
 
Hit light chest work and Delts.

Incline bench on the smith. 6x8. Last set triple drop

Db flies Ss hex press 5x8

Meadows 6 ways 5x8

Rear delt db flies on a bench 5x8 each set had a drop set.

Side laterals 4x8

Hs shoulder press 5x8 last set was a triple drop

Machine side raises 4x8 drop for another 8 them partials to failure.

Beast of a lift.

I've dialed chest way back. Used to be worried about a big bench and nothing else. Now it's too big for everything. Just trying to maintain

Sorry for lack of updates. I slipped on the ice friday and my back has been tender. Gonna smoke arms today. Hard.


Been planning out my next blast phase. I think I'm gonna keep it simple @500mg sust 500mg trest and I'm debating an oral kick start. May try the epi out. Never used it over 45mg so it's never impressed me but I've heard above 60 it gets pretty nice. Then again may eat sd for 3 weeks at big doses. That'll help compensate the mass carbs I'm eating.
