A beastly road to the NPC A-nation championships

Who doesn't want SD? Its like the bomb. 12-15lbs of dry muscle in 3 weeks? My friend went on vacation while on superdrol and only did pushups in his hotel room. 2 weeks later he came back in the gym and was WAY stronger in every lift. Went from a max of 245lbs x3 reps on bench, to 275lbs x3 reps!!!! In two weeks and he hardly worked out!
 
I just cleaned out my stash... I have no idea what to do with all this epi, sd and furazadrol...

I really didn't get anything for Christmas :(
and I was not one of the lucky ones that had money to take advantage of all the PH fire sales either

12-15 pounds of muscle in 3 weeks? No. Not at all. 9-12lbs of glycogen and 2lbs of muscle if you're lucky, yes. It's awesome for strength but hell on lipids BP liver and makes you feel like death.

Those are now banned SB. You need to throw them in MY trash can. Just sayin'.

Well today was a good one. I hit legs and calves good Hell I even got on the treadmill to loosen and warm up.

Deads 4x5 3x3 1xfail

Hack machine sissy squats 4x10. Invalid Link Removed

Smith front squats 1x12 2x8. Narrower than my normal front stance.

Standing leg curl 2x15

Leg press 3x15 Ss calves. Feet were high and wide for ham and glute activation

Calf machine 3x12

Smith calves 2x12 ss unweighted raises

Abs from a high pulley 4x15
 
So total sets for calves is 8? That's a lot isn't it? I only do 5 sets a week for mine and I feel they are over developed...
 
Oh. Forgot to mention. Figured out the vg injection point. Like butter. Should be able to fit at least 3ml prob more.

Easy witj the ventroglute. I did once and my whole hip hurt for three days!!
really? Must have missed. I couldn't even feel the pin in there. Felt great. Warmed up the oil, poke, ahhh. I need a new high volume spot to pin for when I go back on blast. Delts quads and glutes get sore over time. Thinking sust npp and a minute amount of tren with an oral kick start. Either a lot of epi for 6 weeks or a lot of sd for 3.
 
Gotta drive to rome today and finish moving the last of my things out. Two couches and a few small things. If I'm not beat when I get back delts if I am beat delts Bi's and tris tomorrow.

Wish my knees would tolerate those sissy squats. They make me hurt just looking at them. But Meadows is an ox.

Thanks man. It's greatly appreciated. I'm no one special. I probably won't make it big. All I can do is bust my ass eat A LOT of food and bust my ass more. Hopefully a little luck is on my side.

I keep thinking big but it's still only 4" lmao. Really though all I can do is bust my ass learn the posing and hope I get it dialed. I'm sure I'll do alright. Just nerves/jitters.


Had a crazy arms day somewhat BigBoyMuscle inspired. Volume volume volume. Less warmup I came in at 56 total sets!

Vbar pushdowns 10x10

Db curl 10x10

Cgbp 10x10

Ez curl 10x10

French press ss db preachers 5x12

Reverse grip press down ss low pulley cables 3x12.

That's all she wrote. Sicko pump. Had veins in new places.

Looked at your workout and didn't even need to do mine today. You did enough volume for the both of us

On that note I did my first 100-rep bicep curl set today. Took a 30lb EZ bar, pumped out 70 reps, rested 20 sec without putting it down, hit 15 more then rest-paused it through to 100. Bet it took about 90 seconds. Next week gunning for 35lbs. Paul Carter has a video doing like 105 or something crazy with a straight bar.

Decided to go bash my legs again today.

4 sets of 10 meadows style hack sissy squats to get blood flowing

Decided to shoot for 100 rep hack squats. Hit 60 pretty readily rest paused the rest

Quads were bursting at that point so I moved to 1 leg extensions 3x15 ss both legs

Finally something to squat on cleared up, unfortunately it was a smith. 4x10

SLDL 4x12. I used a bench press since the squat racks were being curled in.

Standing leg curls 4x8 last set was a drop set

Seated calves 4x25

Leg press calves 4x10

Legs are trashed. Can hardly stand. Love it.

Crazy to think Eric's getting a solid 100lbs out of his knee wraps....I feel like the few times I've played with em I got maybe 25lbs....but most of them were self-wrapped, to be fair.

How'd that 100 rep set feel? My bi's are so sore after my 100 rep ez bar curl w/ 30lbs yesterday lol
