Wasn't super into the game this am. Indulged in vitamins t h and c last night for the first time since I was unemployed and man I had zero motivation. Until I got to the gym. Had a few big dogs in there that are just inspiring. On top of that I was livid over the squat rack curlers.

I almost did. If it's like that again I'll politely ask them to use the open racks they actually have for curls. There's two short barbells and two standing preacher set ups. Idk why they can't use them. If worse comes to worse I'll suggest using a bench press. There's 5 of them.
 
You'd think with this being the number one gripe about idiots in the gym these fools would know by now that its not a 'Curl Rack'
 
Its only half acceptable if your a monster and are curling over 135lbs. Then obviously your big enough that nobody's gonna say anything anyway.
 
Not acceptable. Period. Especially in a gym that has racks meant for curls.

So much this. We have several curl racks that will hold whatever weight you want to put on it, and can be used for rowing and SLDLs too. There is no excuse to use it for curling.

Side laterals 6x10 started cramping real bad

Rear delts with cables Ss face pull 3x12 each

Biceps- been really paying attention to bpak's teachings for bicep work. Got the form and lift to feel just perfect finally. I see massive growth coming soon.

Spider curls 4x8 1 triple drop

Db curls 5x8

Hammers 2x12

High cables 2x12

Tricep work-

Seated dip machine, 4 sets of 8

Skulls off a slight incline 4x8

Reverse grip ps 4x12


My arms and delts are FRIED.

Good days and bad days but that's been happening for a while now from previous cancers and treatments. Been working on a local connect to make her her hemp oil but her dr friend was specific about strains and unfortunately indica strains are really hit and miss here.

Glad your moms recovering good. I don't like the thought of mine not being around. Scary.

Hacks 2x12 feet low to keep glutes out

Single leg press 3x8

Left glute hurts like hell.

My right one was giving me a ton of grief a while back during beltless pause squats at the end of my squatting routine. Ended up pausing on a box for a few weeks and it fixed the problem. I stayed tight on the box but the active support still helped keep me from sinking any, and seemed to fix the glute pains.

Well. I think in part because of the fact I'm going to be walking to deliver mail, and my metabolism is doing quite well, we're increasing calories again. Woohoo! Gonna combine chest and back today. I've got the day off so I'm gonna blast both of them.

superbeast668 for maximum muscle growth, do you recommend hitting each muscle group twice per weak? Or just smashing each muscle group really hard once a week? Thanks? Reason I ask is because I'm considering switching my routine to:
Day 1: Chest, anterior delts, mid delts
Day 2: Legs, Arms, Forearms, Abs
Day 3: Back, Posterior Delts, Traps
Day 4: Rest
Then repeat

This will allow me to hit each muscle group twice per week.

Right now I'm just smashing one large and one small muscle group per day, for example, chest and triceps, or Legs and Forearms, Shoulders and traps, back and biceps.

What routine do you think will lead to more growth? Consider the fact that I'm "ON" and may experience faster recovery times.

Try both ways and see how you respond. Twice a week I find is great while I'm eating maintenance+ calories. If I'm below maintenance I don't do nearly as well with 2x a week. I'm struggling in the slight deficit right now.
 
oic. That makes sense. I am in a surplus so I think I'll try twice a week for a month. (while I'm on dbol)

Just focused on squeezing the sh!t out of my back. Pump is super solid for low volume.
 
I just cleaned out my stash... I have no idea what to do with all this epi, sd and furazadrol...
