Who doesn't want SD? Its like the bomb. 12-15lbs of dry muscle in 3 weeks? My friend went on vacation while on superdrol and only did pushups in his hotel room. 2 weeks later he came back in the gym and was WAY stronger in every lift. Went from a max of 245lbs x3 reps on bench, to 275lbs x3 reps!!!! In two weeks and he hardly worked out!
Those are now banned SB. You need to throw them in MY trash can. Just sayin'.
So total sets for calves is 8? That's a lot isn't it? I only do 5 sets a week for mine and I feel they are over developed...
Oh. Forgot to mention. Figured out the vg injection point. Like butter. Should be able to fit at least 3ml prob more.

Delts quads and glutes get sore over time. Thinking sust npp and a minute amount of tren with an oral kick start. Either a lot of epi for 6 weeks or a lot of sd for 3.Easy witj the ventroglute. that sounds just vicious.On that note I did my first 100-rep bicep curl set today. Took a 30lb EZ bar, pumped out 70 reps, rested 20 sec without putting it down, hit 15 more then rest-paused it through to 100. Bet it took about 90 seconds. Next week gunning for 35lbs. Paul Carter has a video doing like 105 or something crazy with a straight bar.
I keep thinking big but it's still only 4" lmao. Really though all I can do is bust my ass learn the posing and hope I get it dialed. I'm sure I'll do alright. Just nerves/jitters.

Crazy to think Eric's getting a solid 100lbs out of his knee wraps....I feel like the few times I've played with em I got maybe 25lbs....but most of them were self-wrapped, to be fair. How'd that 100 rep set feel? My bi's are so sore after my 100 rep ez bar curl w/ 30lbs yesterday lol Quads are getting bigger man, no doubt.
