As you can see, my numbers are reasonable. Nothing spectacular but none the less, I'm pretty decent strength wise.

Goals:
Strength and shred. Get back at just under 10% and put on some lean mass whilst improving endurance and strength.
Log of truth begins.
Will post up numbers.

I'm following a personally made Olympic lifting program and will do conditioning and metcon work separate to Olympic lifting.

Off day today. Trying to heal my shoulder. Have an impingement I'm working on getting released. Doing lots of external rotation mobility and trying to release traps.

Muscle fullness, sweating and appetite all up. Pumps are insane.
Conqu3r and EP1C are definitely making me like t-rex after my sessions and I don't even train for a pump.

Going to do a dexa scan so will post up results to see where I am at.

Got estimated at 9.5% but that's not accurate per se but that was by my mate who competes as a body builder. Felt pretty privileged to hear him say that and he gets shredded as Fark. He reckons I could walk on stage with my arms the way they are just need a touch more drying out but anyway... Great compliments after only 4 days...

Nice results so far. The bolded above has been reported more frequently with the transdermal vs oral so far from what I recall. This is very interesting to me.

Do the pumps seem to interfere with your training/conditioning at all? Any noticeable improvement on certain WOD activities yet?

They don't interfere per se but pumps are noticeable in WODS with push ups, burpees, pull ups and handstand push ups.

Not enough to stop me.

Just general noticeable improvements nothing too specific.

Talk about pump and jelly legs especially after 3 x 153kg squats. Loads of volume today. Had a great curry for dinner with the new girlfriend. Moved in with her. Fun times.

As you can see. Endurance has increased from the volume I'm doing. Tomorrow is metcon and strength. Today was just strength work so I don't "burn" out prior to the games coming up.

Very pleased so far.

Vascularity is great and that's not even when carb depleted.

I'll go low carb see how epi works with it and watch my veins go "POP".
 
Training is going well. Appetite is way up.
No real effect on libido.
 
Late to the party but definitely subbed for this. I've run epi before with good results and am interested in the new TD Ep1c. I do crossfit and oly lifting too - how does the Conqu3r DME treat you in terms of energy? I'm pretty stim tolerant but have heard really good things about the new Conqu3r

I plan on it, as I've read a ton of great reviews. I just wanted to hear from OP as to how it treats him for metcons...you know us crossfitters don't get much love so it's tough to find someone come out and publicly admit that they do it on these forums!!
