I'm following a personally made Olympic lifting program and will do conditioning and metcon work separate to Olympic lifting.
What I'm running at the moment
1 scoop vitality post workout
1 scoop conquer DGE 30 mins pre
1 pump TD EP1C post workout after shower
Multivitamin
6-8g fish oil spread throughout day

Do the pumps seem to interfere with your training/conditioning at all? Any noticeable improvement on certain WOD activities yet?
They don't interfere per se but pumps are noticeable in WODS with push ups, burpees, pull ups and handstand push ups. Not enough to stop me. Just general noticeable improvements nothing too specific. Really enjoying it
