Okay well I have a bottle of nolva from Hp I plan to run a ph cycle soon but I'm wondering on how to take the dang seem lol. 20/20/10/10 but what's the half life an do I do it everyday until the 4 weeks is over.

yes lol i kinda skimped on learning about serms. I know how they work an what they do i just dont how to dose as in do i do 20mgs a day? For a whole week as in everyday that week i take 20mgs.

Yes. 20 mg for 14 days then 10 mg for 14 days. If its liquid it will be 1ml 14 days and .5ml 14 days.
