My entire cycle set up... And changes you see necessary??

I plan on running my Havoc cycle at the end of The month. Going to start pre-loading next week and before I get started I wanted to see if anyone had any last minute advice or changes? I feel as if I have done enough research to combat what I have created for myself.


Stats:
Age: 27
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 188
BF%: >10%


Pre-Cycle:
* CEL Cycle Assist (10 days prior)
* Multivitamin - 3x daily

On Cycle:
*Havoc 20/30/30/40/40/40?
(3 times daily, 1 hour prior to lifting)

* CEL Cycle Assist - 4pills 2x daily
* Multivitamin - 3 daily
* Milk Thistle - 2 daily (1600mgs) (extra liver support)
* Glucosamine - 2 daily (1000mgs) (dry joints)
* Fish Oil - 2 daily (2400mgs) (dry joints)
* Taurine - 3-5g daily (2g PWO) (back pumps)
* Hawthorne Berry - 2 daily (1100mgs) (blood pressure)
* Potassium - 2 scoops (1100mgs) (for back pumps/cramps)
* Liv 52 (liver support)
* Garlic - 2 daily (2000mgs) (for blood pressure)
* Creatine - (5 grams PWO)
* BCAA's - 2:1:1 (7 grams)

Post-Cycle:
* Finaflex Revolution AI PCT - 0/0/2/2/2/2
* SERM (Nolvadex) - 20/20/20/10 (PM dosing) (30ml = 20mgs)
* DAA - 3/3/3/3/3/3
* Creatine 5/5/5/5
* Himalaya LiverCare (1-2 daily)
* CEL Cycle Assist
Milk Thistle - 1 daily (800mgs)
Reduce XT 0/0/3/2/2/1

Looks good to me. You have done your research. Only think I would personally add is TUDCA. Only because I have had some liver scares in the past and I realized nothing is worth my organs (even if the liver is the most regenerative organ and extremely resilient) other than that it looks great. You should enjoy it.
Btw-is atreyu still around? Haven't heard of them in like 10 years lol.

I have no clue about Atreyu haha, it was my original email back in middle school and haven't changed it. It's the only username I've ever used...
 
Yea as mentioned above tudca would be a good addition. You've got a laundry list of cycle support supplements so you should be safe. haha

Yeah, I haven't taken a PH in 4 years... Back then I was young and unknowledgable. Didn't take a PCT, just took a PH and packed on 30 pounds in a year.

I felt this time around I'd take all the precautions. I'll be starting the end of the month and plan on logging all my results
 
Run Reduce XT 3/3/3/3. Everything else looks great, you obviously know what you are doing. Good luck!
 
No point/advantage in tapering. Run 3 the whole way to get the full effects.
