Tbol, yummy, critique this.

It's pretty high. Even some of the not so good looking office girls I've been thinking about smashing. Not sure if I like it this high, lol. I like to have high standards, hard to explain.
I also buy bulk maca root powder and do about 3 grams a day though.

It's cheap; I bought it to help my libido... before I tried trest. Honestly I should probably stop and save it.

Possibly.. It sure does make me horny though. Most maca supps don't have enough though. Like 1g/day. I take 3 and was up to 6 at one point. Good ****

Also smashed chest/shoulders today.

After my first DB decline movement I was ****ing pumped beyond all measure. I just kept going, felt good.

Starting to get leaner and leaner on 3100 calories, carbs peri only. Just got.some glycofuse with cyclic dextrins for carbs. Going to give this a go tomorrow.

Still doing 15-20 minutes a day of liss a day.

Weight is up a few lbs at 216.

Ugh I swapped out a different brand of turkey today and my gut doesn't like it very much. Bloat and bad GI distress = no fun. In other news, my chest pump today was comparable to Kate Upton's booty. So there's that.

So after recomping for two months I think it is now time to start diving into a slow cut. Things I accomplished this recomp:
1) clean diet (duh)
2) moved all my carbs peri workout only, now adjusting calories is as easy as removing those carbs.
3) got used to eating no carbs on off days 4) liss cardio helped a ton, especially if you need quick recovery

So for the rest of this cycle my diet layout is 2800 calories (100 calorie deficit) + 20 minutes of liss which equates to about 200 calories burned. So my diet will have a small deficit, but it Will mainly be controlled by the cardio. Carbs will still be peri.

Once my weight loss stops or slows, calories can drop.

Some and effective.

Taking an off day today because I'm working 13 hours, 7-830p. And the gym closes at 8:,( so dropping my calories today, as I usually do on off days, and time to kick off this fat shred and hey I'm confident I can gain a few lbs of lean mass to =D.

You are going to be shut down and feel like crap. Now that I run test with everything I feel like old me was a dang clown. I no dont run any orals or take any prohormones they are too much on the body and you feel like crap and get fake gains that fade away I would rather feel amazing and get great gains. Grow some balls and add some test.

If you lost all your gains on orals, it wasn't the orals, it was your diet. I kept all 25 lbs from my.last helladrol cycle. Plus, this is my.last oral cycle. I do have a test base running now anyway, I feel great lol.
 
So smashed legs today, almost ended up blowing chunks again.

Started off with 3x10 lying leg extensions with a 4th set that included partials and a drop set.

Superset of leg extensions (sets of 10) with leg press, going up to 8 plates each side for 16 reps x4 sets

BB Squats 4x6

RDL 2x12

Calf work and 20 minutes of cardio.

Blood was flowing throw my legs, I could barley walk. Could barley stretch my legs they were so pumped.

So since yesterday I kept going hypo near the end of my workout, with no diet change. No idea wtf was going on until today. I came home and my little brother said he tried some of my cream of wheat and said he didnt like it. I held up both boxes and asked which one, then I realized I have been swapping them. ****kkkkkkkkkkkk. I usually do 3 servings of regular cream of wheat and 1 serving of the brown cinnamon cream of wheat, however I have been switching them around. 3 serving of the brown cinnamon and 1 serving of the regular, hence I have been eating big of an amount of sugar before lifting. Ahhh, ****ing shizzzz.

7 plates each side so 630lbs, 8 plates each side today. Pretty gruesome stuff, I love it. I never uses the leg press a lot before because I hated it but it seems to be bringing out.my tear drop and outer sweeps =D

Im not used to these long days, got out of lab at 3, ate my pre workout meal at 445, gym time at 615. I thought I was going to mess up my diet today but it ended up going pretty well, keto in the AM and carbs were just added in an hour ago. Nauceeeeeeee chest/shoudlers timeeeeeeeeeeeee

Smashed chest and shoudlers today, started out slow but ended up having a great lift.

Started off with banded machine press 3x8, last set is a double drop set, one with bands and one without. (bands are killer!) All my last reps were static holds for 10 seconds.

5x5 Bench press. Back flat, slow negative, drive up.

DB Decline 3x15 , no lock out, huge pump.

Dips SS with low to high flys x2 till failure

Rear lateral raises 3x15

Side lateral partials 3x25-30

Front raises ss face pulls x3 amrap

I need larger front delts, they really don't pop for me. I am surprised because I do a lot of pressing but my front delts only really grow from isolating it. Shoulders had so much pump they were capped my whole workout.

Diet has been on ****ing point. I am stoked. This morning I had to swap around my fats. Woke up and had 5 whole eggs and 2 egg whites then a snack of 1.5 protein shake + MCT oil 1tbsp. Before I ate my carb meal, I was pretty dry and my top abs were clear and middle abs are getting better. Seeing results by just swapping this diet makes me feel awesome. Also upped the derma dose to 5 pumps and my god I feel ****ingggggggg good.Energy is epic.

So I was reading up on dermastregnth and I think that along with ep1c for pct would be beneficial. Was also thinking about 5-10mg of osta to preserve lean mass. And then obviously my go to nolva

I know lots of people run osta in pct and I ran it and didn't feel shut down at all but there are people who claim it killed their libido. I think this may be in part that it has shown in some cases to raid prolactin
Epic and dermastrength though for sure would help preserve the gains.

I felt GREAT on sup3r pct, ostarine (20mg) clomid ep1c and dermastrength after my 6 week ep15tane/ 10 week tr3st cycle. I think I actually grew more during PCT

Argh got about 3 hours of sleep last night, woke up to get my haircut and run errands then came home to eat my PwO meal and passed out lol. Oh well. Ate a fat/pro meal 3 hours ago and just had a little banana/pb kicker snack before going to lift. Starting to feel flat so I think it is time I take a rest day tomorrow. Then carb up on Sunday (pasta day ). My last carb up day was last Thursday and I have been eating 190-210g of carbs since + cardio.

All in all going well, except I had a bit of stomach discomfort/GI distress today. Not sure what from, possibly sugar alcohol? Not really sure. I could also be getting sick , which would really suck but im going to stay positive!

There were various amount of drop sets and extra sets done. Pretty hard pump. I did 8 mins of hiit with kettle bell swings and 20 mins of Liss. Keeping my calories at 2800 still, 200g of carbs, peri workout still. Weight is still at 214/215 but I am getting leaner in the mirror. More vascular as well. I'm about 4 weeks into this run so I think I may up to 80mg to see how that goes, so far so good at 60mg though, little to no sides :D.

Tomorrow I am forcing myself to rest, lol, and I'm going to try to do a mini refeed day.

Also, I plan on adding in either eca or albuterol in a week or two thru pct, once I drop my calories to 2700 I want to add one of those in and keep my calories there. At that point my carbs will be 180g.
