Smashed chest and shoudlers today, started out slow but ended up having a great lift.
Started off with banded machine press 3x8, last set is a double drop set, one with bands and one without. (bands are killer!) All my last reps were static holds for 10 seconds.
5x5 Bench press. Back flat, slow negative, drive up.
DB Decline 3x15 , no lock out, huge pump.
Dips SS with low to high flys x2 till failure
Rear lateral raises 3x15
Side lateral partials 3x25-30
Front raises ss face pulls x3 amrap
I need larger front delts, they really don't pop for me. I am surprised because I do a lot of pressing but my front delts only really grow from isolating it. Shoulders had so much pump they were capped my whole workout.
Diet has been on ****ing point. I am stoked. This morning I had to swap around my fats. Woke up and had 5 whole eggs and 2 egg whites then a snack of 1.5 protein shake + MCT oil 1tbsp. Before I ate my carb meal, I was pretty dry and my top abs were clear and middle abs are getting better. Seeing results by just swapping this diet makes me feel awesome. Also upped the derma dose to 5 pumps and my god I feel ****ingggggggg good.Energy is epic.
