Exemestane and tamox for gyno

I took animal stak and animal test and for some reason it make my preexisting gyno flare up. I am now running Exemestane @ 12.5 mg ED and Tamox @ 20 mg ED. I have never used stane for gyno only letro, so I need some help here. Am I on the right track, do i need to adjust the dosing of one or the other?
