Poor thing! How far along is she now? Peter is right- not every pregnancy is the same, she may not even get sick at all with any other pregnancy. Hope she feels better soon! That is no fun!!
 
Great pulls! I had to pull 455x3 from the floor the other week for 3 sets, but that felt like RPE 9! So you could be looking at a bigger single than you think at the meet.

We'll have to have a big dinner the night before, and I'll probably come support you for the competition. I'd like to get a feel for Power Body before I do my meet in March.

Thought you hurt your pec? Mine was still a no-go as of Sunday.

yeah weigh-in starts at 7am the day of. I'll weigh in right at 7 then go demolish some foodz

I shouldn't have to cut, I'm going to add 15min cardio (tabata) three days a week until the meet. I should come in right at 148.75

Was sitting at 152.2lb this morning.
 
This morning I was 222.8.....without abs popping through lol. Definitely without. I need to tighten things up, but with all the holidays (2 christmas days, new years, gf's birthday dinners with 2 different families) and peaking some for this saturday there's just been no shortage of calories. Just happy I've only gained a couple lbs since before thanksgiving.

dood that's a good weight for off cycle. I feel you on the holiday weight gain and copious amounts of food. It's worse when your dating or married because like you said, there's multiple events/dinners and lunches.

We had FIVE Christmas meals we ate at over 3-4 days.....first world problems. Honestly I've had like no trouble holding virtually all of my weight from the last cycle. Lost 3-4lbs of glycogen in the first week and that was it. Idk if the Ep1c helped or what, but no big strength dips either. Not nearly as bad as usual - isolations like Ez Bar Skullcrushers dropped from 100 to 90 for a set of 5, but all the big lifts were barely noticeable. Maybe 20lbs off them.

Yup, 2 caps preWO only. Half Human has run Folli & Ep1c both a couple times and feels that it's a waste taking every day, not really the kind of supp you load - more of an immediate thing, like amentoflavone I suppose. Seems to work fine and last much longer preWO only, like ArA, so that's how I've been doing it. Can't complain at all.

What I do with magnitropin is
Workout days - 3 caps w/breakfast , 3 caps pre workout (30 mins) with karbolyn (25g)
"Rest days" - 2 caps w/breakfast, 2 caps w/lunch and 2 caps w/dinner

Then I don't take any magnitropin on Sunday's.

Sumos felt really good today, especially belt less. Also, took my lacrosse ball and took it to my upper pec/clavicle where it ties into my front delt. That helped with the pec pain. I'll mash again tonight and see if that helps more. I really wanted to push heavy(er) weight on inclines but I need to heal this pec up!
 
Dude. Tested all my lifts at a mock meet at Eagle Gym today (took about 4 hours) - my meet lifts from Oct 13th were 480, 287, & 562 on cycle. PR'd every lift OFF CYCLE today - totaled 1,350 belt and knee sleeves. 485, 295, & 570 (couple people said it might get called for ramping, but it's def a gym record).

Makes me wonder if I should stay off cycle for this next meet prep - 22lbs added to drugged total off of them is pretty hard to argue with for 3 months of hard work. Also makes me wonder if I should run yet another Cube Kingpin cycle. Was gonna use Paul Carter's Base Building for 6wks then his 6wk peak/deload but....the Cube certainly ain't broke....

That's literally a 50lb off-cycle squat PR. Thoughts?

I'd go ahead and stick with kingpin since it's obviously working for you. That bench looked like butter too, you've done a helluva job off cycle.

I'd say roll with the natty progress right now, you're doing well bro.

Glad you're agreeing - not sure I'll total 1,400 on March 28th without peds, but I will def PR if things go right, and then I can go on cycle for a summer meet if I want always.

I hate that my pec is strained. Such a bummer AND its a hindrance on my progression! Everything felt heavy today, everything. I did eat junk yesterday and had a cheat meal Friday night (which consisted of two donuts, two prices fudge and a boatload of hot wings). Saturday night I ate a bunch of home made guac w/chips and two donuts from Casey's gas station (swear these are fire). And, yesterday I ate two bowls from chipotle. A protein shake and some dessert my dad made over at their house. Needless to say I hit a minimum on protein last night (maybe less) when I stopped tracking I was at only 109g pro.

There is a reason I ate crap, I was out of town lol i only put on an additional pound. I'm definitely holding some water. Should hit baseline in a few days again.

This. Pretty much everyone in Sean's training log told me to stay the f off of a bench and just focus hard on my OHP til bench no longer hurt. Took prob 10 days off bench and when I peaked for Saturday I had no pain and went on to bench a PR lol

Let it heal now, you're a month out so you could still stand to drop a week out - just decimate some standing strict OHP (and DON'T lean back, keep it strict) for the same sets/reps/rpe as your RTS programming calls out for the day. It's not ideal, but I'm coming to find that every peaking cycle I partake in involves working around various tweaks that occur along the way. I'd love a cycle where something didn't bother me at some point, but then I prob wouldn't make progress either lol

Tyga, are u running 2g of Taurine/day? I want u to go get some RIGHT NOW if u arent running it. It will prevent an almost guaranteed permanent heart damage from Clen.

The reason for this is it helps electrolyte diffusion in/out of cells rolling, while running beta agonists, excessive stims, etc. it tends to kick a lot out and not let it back in.

Taurine helps with cramps, and even back pumps on cycle which are partly due to electrolyte imbalances on cycle, sodium tolerance drops on anabolics as well.

I love taurine for anything that gives cramps

Prioritize your sleep right now, with intensity as high as it is. You can only control so much in life but do your part to try to get that deep GH release. I wouldn't screw with Clen while off anabolics. Those 4-6lbs might end up being more LBM than you'd be willing to trade.

I get a solid 7.5hr of sleep every night, more on the weekends.

Adding cardio back in is literally my very last step in a diet lol. It should really come before I up my supplement game but cardio blowsss.

Oddly after a solid week of it once it is routine it doesn't bother me at all

Same here lol that's why I dread the day I pick my next bb'ing show lol lotsa cardio :/ actually maybe not, I stayed relatively lean.
