Just watched Dr Jim Stapponi's video on it...bummer. Has anyone seen a list out there that says who and which products are actually legit and what it says it is? I use the Body Fortress Whey Isolate 3 times per day and it looks like it is potentially one of the biggest culprits in this.

Im an educated 41 yr old man, not some 18 yr old kid. I research before I flood my body with a certain supplement. I read several times over and over about osta being zero to mildly suppresive.

In all fairness I didnt research much in this forum, I would google ostarine and read for a few hours. I was looking to cut being 238 lbs and seemed like ostarine was a safe alternative.
 
Everyone is different. Some ppl can cycle test for 3-4 months with no pct and have zero problems, others can run something mild for 4 weeks and be completely shot from every aspect. Live and learn, run a solid pct and be prepared for next time.

Cool I was gonna buy it one time but they told me not to cause it was soy protein, currently using MP Combat powder and I like it.
 
I've used ProJym... there is not a free-form amino anywhere on the bag. Where did you see that it was spiked? He would be finished if it was...being the town crier of Amino Spiking.

Read over on elite fitness to run the daa along side ostarine. This guy seemed pretty knowledgeable as I read some of his threads/posts.

13 days in and I may just jump ship, prob stay on the cardarine and cut. I was shooting for more of a recomp with the osta. Seen a few posts claiming after a few days off of osta, the boys were back.
 
I dunno where you are getting your osta, but 10-15 should be fine for 4-6 weeks with minimAl shutdown. Even var takes like 6 weeks to see some crazy atrophy. Heck i used osta at 10 in pct and it was fine.

As far as lgd, that is even more suppressive.

A lot of people like DAA to boost test, oddly enough I've come across one or two that don't. What would you recommend?
Not calling you out or anything, I'm really just curious as what you'd recommend as a good natural boost...

Southern sarms. Yea I never seen peas like this even on epi/hdrol. Other than that I feel great! Energetic, hungry all the time and lifting with good intensity.

Clinical grade CJC-1295 + slin from the pharmacy will do the trick.

This is what the feds are forcing us to consider...

Lie to my face and tell me that this PH ban is doin good things for the bodybuilding industry. I was on a mission to be somewhat competitive in amatuer bodybuilding on legal stuff and now I'm pressed to go the most extreme route to stay legal.

ProJym has a great profile.What flavor did you try and how did it taste?I am thinking of trying Chocolate Cookie Crunch or S'mores.

All of them. I used to get Team Skip from TrueProtein, but the Egg White prices made that stuff too expensive. PJ has less egg white, but is very close, and cheaper (I think TS was up to $15/LB - PJ is $13). I liked the Chocolate Cookie the best, but they are all good. That said, I now get Optimum Nutrition Whey/Casein/Soy (5/4/2LB) and mix it myself - about $20 cheaper than PJ. I add a TBS of Egg Whites from the grocery store to every shake/oatmeal.
 
I have before and after bloodwork with running 20mg ED IML Osta showing test levels dropped from 494 to 220 in 8 weeks. Definite shutdown for me. Also, BP issues made me run support sups.

Theres a class action lawsuit against several companies protein products because of false label claims, spiking the protein with aminos or creatine, for every gram of creatine they can claim 2 grams of protein. And Iron whey is definitely not gtg, neither is vitamin shoppes protein, they claimed to use digestive enzymes and they were found to be terribly underdosed.

Still though, a few doses of Trest or Tren puts u at 0 T in a matter of days.

I bet Osta @ 5mg/day year round with Clomid would work like a high TRT dose. I might try this lol.
 
prohormones or designers are worse. Thats the lure of ostarine for most is the minimal shutdown. if it was 8 weeks of any steroid (ph or actual aas) i bet the levels would be wayyyyy down. there is no free ride. its up to the informed user to weight the pros/cons. it scary to me that you guys had no ideas "PHs" are worse...

My dosing scheme was 25mg every day.

Side efforts were pretty minimal....E2 was elevated around 4 or so points above the top of the reference range (wasn't taking an AI).

I did get to where I felt more "emotional" than normal. I did the clomid for 2 months before hoping back on injections. (Wife and I wanted another baby hence the clomid)

About to hop back on it because now she wants a third.

Damn. You don't play lol. I have two kids and had them back to back. It's not easy. One is 18months the other is 6months. Kids are amazing though.

mad respect for you guys. I'm only 22 and plan on having kids in my late 20s. One thing I worry bout with DS/AAS is infertility, besides that I love these things! Lol

lol- I hear Ya man. Most rewarding thing ever, but more work than I ever imagined.

Our girls are 22 months apart...4 and 2. I kind of want a third, she really wants a third...so, more than likely we will be having one. ; )

My only advice to a younger guy would just be to make sure you don't make long term sacrifices for short term gains. I had low t for as long as I could imagine and, when tested at age 26 it was 176ish on a sacks of 300-1100 ng/dl. Never a drop of test or a pop of prohormone. Just a ****ty situation that probably stemmed from chemo as a child due to cancer. Just make sure you get regular labs, cycle on and off properly to make sure the boys are back up and running, and educate yourself. If kids is something you know you want, you owe it to yourself and future wife (or baby momma!) to take care of yourself now. 30 year old rant over ; )

hey man I respect your word! After this cycle I'm currently working on I'm done for a while. I have some Msten in my storage but I can always save that. I want kids forsure, I plan on a good recovery after my DMZ/stano cycle with a proper pct, it's never a sure thing but to keep myself in school I need to do this for athletic related reasons.

Damn I thought Vitamin Shoppe protein was made by Dymatize and they were gtg, also Marc lobliner said Arnold Iron whey was gtg no amino spiking , and Gaspari Myofusion was definitely spiking there stuff with taurine and leucine.
 
Ive read conflicting reports on osta, some say no shut down some say terrible shut down. What should one believe right?
I am not sure if VS brand met it's protein claims, I know for sure that it claimed to have aminogen as a digestive enzyme and was really under dosed, I was upset with iron whey tho, it tasted great, but the **** is that it already had a low protein amount per scoop to begin with, and it didn't even have that smh
 
I got my information from Nick suciu, the lawyer representing the class action lawsuit. Spoke to him a few times he's a really cool down to earth guy. He runs tests himself on proteins but said he can't use that in the case, but theres other ways or labs that can be used to test for spiking.

It depends on how much you take and for how long and if your using anything else. I took 20mg for 8 weeks and used an OTC test booster and some formastane and had no problems. However to be safe, you should think about running Nolva at something like 20/20/10/10. My next cycle will be 25mg for 12 weeks....I will be running a proper PCT for that one for sure.

I believe on is underdosed in the same amino enzyme. But thats just clever marketing. Ive figured that about vs for years now.

Have not seem 3rd party testing but I personally discontinued because:

Egg white in a protein powder is a no in my books. Would rather cook eggs myself, egg protein only reach optimal bioavailability after cooking.

Also it is sketchy they list individual aminos in the ingredient panel, this suggests they could have used them as additives and spiked the product.
 
I lost all respect for that Lobliner guy. I'm not a big "YouTube Fitness" fan, but occasionally watch some stuff. Realizing his #1 job is to sell supplements, I still think he had some good content more often than not. Then came the ProSupps Protein video. In my opinion, after reading that label, that stuff is spiked. Yet he does a video, reading some lab report ***off screen*** that says it isn't.... oh, and for some reason, this uber respectable lab DIDN'T TEST FOR TAURINE. Yeah, ok.

I couldn't believe it. So then I go digging around and find an earlier video from some Australian supplement store that "reviewed" ProSupps protein. In the comments, the guy even says that the total protein content, per serving **INCLUDES** the individual, free-form aminos! LOL So then they do follow up videos trying to tell people that clear sky's aren't blue.... I mean that protein with a bunch off free-form aminos ***that are included in the total protein content*** - isn't spiked. It was typical marketing spin: "Look! They list all the aminos on the side!" Yeah, and a few of them are WAAAAY off the charts there buddy, LOL. I call that "Stealth Disclosure of Amino Spiking for Clueless Consumers". Respect lost #2.

Is there an Agenda here? LOL I think that Nick lawyer guy has even named ProSupps, but I'm not sure. Anyway, coming from the alleged originator of the "Protein Spiking" scandal - Lobliner won't get any of my money.

20.6 g I guess it aint too bad , but that protein was so thick I wouldn't buy it again just for that , I tried mixing a scoop with greek yogurt and it turned almost glue like, also gave my blender a hard time lol.
