I can't be sure, but I know use Vita Sport Pro7ein as my go to for contest prep. For what it's worth, that's the only cut I have ever done and lost 0 lbs of muscle mass.
They have no prop blends. They spell out all the ingredients and show mg content of each amino. Turns out, per 34 grams of protein, about 16.5g is EAA's, which is pretty awesome considering u only need about 10g of EAA's to max out the protein synthesis (for natural athletes).
