I would never give anyone tips no matter what. I did once, but that's because some dude was deadlitfting right next to me and I swear to God he was going to snap his ****. Honestly, if I was on the other side of the gym, I would not have cared. I did not want someone right next to me get hurt. I never want to see an accident. That's why when I see someone benching weight that is way too heavy, I will look the other way.
 
And the idiots are back, and this year they've grown in number.

Had a bunch of kids continually training next to me, walking around like 10 men, seriously annoying.

Only training at my old gym as im on holiday, so it's much closer to home, big mistake im seeing why i left the place.
 
Weirdest experience coming out of south Florida after New Years...less people than before lol. I ****ing swear it's a mind trip
 
It's ok, guys. We have to remember that we all started somewhere. It's a good thing that people are trying. :)
 
Saw a douchebag at the gym today with a green Jets hoodie, black converse, blue sweatpants, a black gym bag, white headphones, and here's the kicker, he had his sweatpants tucked into his converse!!!

Ant, I wanted to say hi at the gym but you looked like you had your serious game face on, plus today was my first day back at the gym in like a year so I was definitely huffing and puffing.

I was just poking fun at the pants, if they were tucked in that's a genius idea. My sweatpants constantly drag under my converse and it annoys the crap out of me.

Hey brother man, thanks for the reps. Dude I have had one hellacious past year. Got into some legal trouble, had to have my account removed just to be cautious and now everything is back to normal and I'm getting ready to do a much needed cut then bulk.

August 650 nice phones, watch the usb port as mine failed there.
I've moved on to kitsound arena, not as comfy but the led is far smaller, and once viper audio is dialed in they sound better.
 
Wearing a blackstone labs T-shirt is the equivalent to wearing an affliction or tap out shirt. It's just... You don't. It's one of those rules.

There's a group of guys that go to my gym that wear those shirts constantly and talk loudly about the "wonderful stuff" they're on and how "jacked" it's making them. They're all between 18 and 19 years old, all about 6 foot, between 135 and 145 pounds. Listening to them talk about that **** is like listening to a guy wearing a tap out or affliction shirt talking about how he beat the crap out of someone on Mortal Kombat.

Haha we all have these sort of people... 2 guys similar at my gym, boasting about how much fear they run and stuff they have taken. Have honestly never seen such out of shape people in my life, they are both fat, but trying to be massive and shredded, not power lifters either.

Man. Those kinds of guys are the worst. I wouldn't mind if they wore those shirts or ran the PHs if they didn't just make themselves look so STUPID.

Thanks for the heads up. They are my first wireless pair and I'm impressed. I got a LG G3 phone and that thing is way too big to have in a pocket when lifting.

Worse for me as I have a note four, plus I'm really leaning out so I have a hard time keeping my gym slacks from falling.
A solution needs to be found.

Btw if you can get viper audio on your phone, once dialed in you'll be floored at the difference.
 
Well I was the d bag today. I went to shake up my blender bottle full of muscle martini and the cap wasn't on tight. I gave this beautiful woman next to me not one but two full pumps of my juice all over her face. She was sooo pissed. I apologized and she started swearing saying she had to go back to work and all I could do was try not to laugh and bring her a roll of paper towels.

This isn't a gym dbag but related. I was walking out and about today and saw a guy who was 5' 5", maybe 5'6", almost 300 lbs. wearing a Beast Nutrition shirt, except the only nutrition he had gotten was out of a box of Twinkies. On the back of the shirt it said "Unleash the Beast!". I wonder if he thought they meant his belly?

The guy who runs the shake/ nutrition bar at my gym is about the same size and he wears a Quest Bar shirt.
