PB2 is great. Coconut oil is good. Peanutbutter and Co cinnamon raisin swirl is an all time favorite of mineHave never tried any of the Almond, cookie butter, or healthier peanut butter spreads. What are some good ones that are out there? Also, What are some good ways to incorporate them besides just throwing them into a protein shake? Thx

You don't like PB&CO, any particular reason? Can you post a pic of the trader joes cookie butter, as I hit trader joes every other Saturday.Make your own almond butter or peanut butter If you have a food processor just whip them up there in 10 minutes and they are done into a nut butter, no need to add anything else and cheaper than buying the almond butter jars. PB&CO is ok, Cookie butter is found at trader joes, P28 has a spread too if you want a higher protein spread. I use them on rice cakes, mixed into Cream of Rice/Oatmeal, On top of baked goods, mixed into yogurt. I sometimes drizzle peanut butter on top of eggs (sounds weird but is good). Drizzle nut butters on top of sweet potatoes as well.

Edit: I saw you posted it in another thread
Works best with a banana folded into the omelette like seen above old school elivs but no bacon
Banana and eggs also seem very odd to me lol. I have never put fruit in an omelette, just veggies, cheese, and meat, unless you want to be technical and cll tomatoes a fruit.
Try it and thank me later. Try the PB first.
Make an omelet and put a banana in the middle? That's it?
on the eggs (omeltte):

Look at my picture above = problem solved Put pb in omelete and bananas and glaze PB on top
Cooking some rice and then throwing some in a pan with olive oil FTW.Drizzle flaxseed or virgin olive oil all over my rice. Best and easiest way to add fatty calories. It's just like fried rice
I have a friend who's a big proponent of utilize bacon grease for scrambled eggs.Tried this the other day. Cooked bacon in a skillet, used the grease to cook eggs and sauteed onions = MONEY
That's how my grandma makes lard hahaha! She keeps a tub of fat drippings on the stove top in a little leftover butter container. Her and my Grandpa are still kicking to this day!Tried this the other day.
