Running a log in this to track progress and because I haven't seen anyone run it yet.

Stats- 5'9 202lbs 18ish bf

Layout- diabolix- 60/60/60/60/60/60
OL dmz- 40/40/40/40/40/40

On cycle- cycle assist, td formestane as needed, aegis, fish oil, multi v, whey, taurine

Pct- pharma grade nolva 20/20/10/10, sup3r pct 4/4/3/3/2/1, creatine mono, td formestane 2 weeks past nolva , ostarine at 10mgs for 4 weeks

Training- phat

Goals- recomp, will be taking in about 3500 calories and I will be carb cycling

I will also be running 5 pumps a day of dermacrine to combat lethargy

Should be a fun run. Suggestions welcome
 
Have you run DMZ before to be able to gauge the differences with Diabolix?

I know a lot of people grabbed a bunch on clearance without having much chance for feedback first so this log should attract followers
 
I haven't yet. I was planning on running the dmz solo but I have so much of the diabolix that I really want to throw it in. Seems like it's relatively mild from the limited info that's out there.
 
In! I bought a bunch of DIABOLIX and already had DMZ. Excited to see your final results as I might follow your protocol in the future.
 
Welcome- Starting this on Monday- getting my 3rms on the big lifts this week to I can gauge my strength increases from the cycle. I'll try to post some before pics too.

Did my upper body 3rms today. Should have lowers in Friday.

Bench- 295x3 needed a little help on number 4
Bent over rows- 265x3
Standing OHP- 195x3 needed some leg drive to get the 4th one

I'd really like to see and keep a 30lb increase in by upper body lifts this cycle and Maybe 50lbs on the lower body.
 
Would an AI such as Elim1nate suffice for Diabolix? As I wasn't able to get any TDs.

Ya bro you should be good Diabolix didn't seem to show very many estrogenic sides. I haven't ran it but all the logs seem to point in the direction of a mild yet effective compound that works good on its own and great as a stacker. I grabbed 10 bottles for this reason :arms:

Good to know- you think that would apply for the mild ai in the dermacrine too? It would be nice to save the form for pct if I don't need it.
 
Did 3rms on squats and deadlifts. I've always trained legs but they've been an afterthought until recently. I just started deadlifting like a month ago.

Squat- 355x3

Romanian deadlift- 345x3
Decided to start the cycle tomorrow.
 
So with all the goodies I have due to this awesome ban i was thinking about adding in halo at week 4 and running it 75/75/75/75/100/100 for a 10 week cycle total. Would this be way too long for an oral only cycle? I feel like the halo would solidify my gains and last time I ran it I had 0 sides
 
My opinion would be to hold off on that. DMZ and Diabolix is a solid combo without the need for another compound to add to it. Save the Halo for another run. You'll probably be glad you still have it down the road.
 
So I decided to start my cycle today- waking weight 206lbs

Took 2 caps diabolix and 1 dmz at 6am and 6 pm

No noticeable differences.

Macros- 314p 77f 346 carbs

Training- back and shoulders hypertrophy. Only had an hour to lift but I managed a decent workout.

Bent over rows- speed work- 185x3 6 sets. Explosive up, slow down.

Wide grip pull downs-145x12, 160x12, 175x12, 190x10 dropset 130x10

Incline dumbbell rows- 75x15

Cable rows- 225x12, 240x12, 255x12

Close grip pull downs- 145x20, 160x20 dropset 110x10

Seated dumbbell shoulder press- 80x12, 85x12, 90x12

Dbell Lateral raises- 30x20, 40x15, 45x12

Upright rows- 115x15 135x12

My shoulders wouldn't work if I tried those lateral raises set number 2 and 3 haha

Felt really strong in the gym today. Could be placebo, could also be due to the fact I had a reload before starting the cycle.

Training- chest and arms hypertrophy

Hammer strength decline- 270x15 290x12 300x12
Cable fly low to high- 50x20, 60x20
Preacher curl- 75x15, 95x12, 115x8
Dumbell concentration curl- 45x15, 50x12
 
Spider curl- 60x20, 60x20
Rope pressdowns- 65x15, 72.5x12, 80x12
Tricep Dbell kickbacks- 30x20, 35x15
Close grip bench- 135x15, 165x15

Finished everything off with a few sets of push-ups and some machine work

Overall I felt really good today- in the gym and just in general.
 
I ran Diabolix for 8 weeks and had no problems with any sides and made some solid progress. Stocked up on it myself for some future runs.
Running a DMZ cycle now, going into my 4th week and loving it.

Day 3- dosed 2 diabolix and 1 dmz at 6am and 6pm

I got a nagging headache today after a big cup of coffee. Could be bp but I don't know.

Training- lower body hypertrophy
Speed work- squats- 235x3, 6 sets
Hack squats- 8 plates x12 10 plates x10 12 plates x10
Leg press- 16 plates x15 2 sets
Leg extensions- 170x20 210x20 230x20 dropset 130x10
Romanian deadlift- 235x12 265x10 285x9
Lying leg curl- 110x15 125x15 dropset 80x10
Seated leg curl- 160x20, 160x20
Seated calf raises- 3plates x15 6 sets

Nothing noticeable to report so far. Typical leg day. I always have a hard time getting psyched for leg day. Hopefully this cycle changes that

Pumped for upper body power tomorrow. My favorite day of the week.

Day 5- started taking diabolix evenly throughout the day. Drove to the gym at 6 am to get my lift in and they were closed. Stupid holiday hours- drive me nuts. I had to lift at the gym in my office building on my (long) lunch break. They have enough down there that I was able to but some decent work in.

Bent over rows- 185x5, 235x5, 245x5, 255x5
Pull-ups- bwx10 bwx9 (I'm terrible at them for some reason, always have been)
Lat pull downs- 170x10 190x8 200x6 210x6
Smith machine bench- 275x5 295x5 325x3 335x2
Weighted dips- 45x15, 90x10
Standing OHP- 135x10, 155x8, 175x6
Incline Dbell curls- 40x8 40x8 45x8
Smith close grip bench- 185x10, 225x9

Sick pumps today. If I keep the back pumps in check this will be a helluva fun run. I'll pay macros later- wife is making lobster tail tonight
 
Appetite is way up already. I'm going to have a hard time sticking to 3500 a day. I ate 3800 today and it was hard as hell to keep it that low.

Macros- 306p, 115f, 387c

I'd love to eat more but I'm already kinda pudgy so I'm trying to avoid any fat gain if possible.
