Tell me about it, I lost a finger and a half.

I believe red meat like ground beef produces better gains vs chicken or ground turkey? I seem to get better gains from beef or steak vs chicken or turkey. My muscle hardness also seems better. ( I do also supplement with creatine). I noticed I have to eat less red meat at a sitting to feel satisfied. Anyone else have some thoughts on this?
i personally just cant do chicken or tuna constantly cant stand them
wish i had some guys to go hunting with or friends who hunt would like years worth of game meat
This steak or chicken boils down to budget for me, having to eat so much I would prefer steak but the money just isn't there

90/10??. Screw that cardboard tasting garbage!. I get 80/20....Sometimes 85/15. Fat=flavor.

90/10 is the fattiest thats offered here
That's strange.
I prefer eating turkey. It's low in fat and high in protein . Red meats contain lots of cholesterol which is bad for your health.
Red meat is most definitely higher in calories gram for gram... That's a fact. The mixed calories you eat the more gainz you'll get obviously! Red meat just makes it easier to get more fat/calories in. I think sometimes we tend to eat very low I'm fat just by default. When you don't count calories and just trying to "eat clean"... Chicken breast, veg, rice, potato, etc is all very very low in fat... And I'm some ground beef year and there and that influx on calories may make you feel a little more full ( both satiety and muscularly). I'm a huge fan if grass fed beef and I eat about a pound or two a day as my main protein source until I diet at which point I'll have to switch to a lower calorie protein
It's not because of more calories that beef is better for gains... it's a superior from of protein and has higher concentrations of creatine[/
Superior source of protein? And since when does creatine (a non calorically dense nutrient) directly relate to muscle growth?

Ummmmmm yeah all the studies that show it's impact on athletic preformanceAre you not aware of the studies on creatine?

Millions of athletes are enough proof I need.
Venison For Me
Yeah when I was living in Hawaii we got a lot of grass fed beef. From the ranches on Big Island. TASTY
Only someone preparing for a contest would get a benefit from something leaner than a lean cut of beef.. which you can get at or under 5%... I guarantee you'll gain more muscle with beef than chicken. You think it's a joke about a million athletes being proof but before athletes knew about fat grams or leucine they knew they got bigger faster and stronger and recovered faster eating beef... the proof is in the pudding
That's what I'm trying to say. Arguments both ways, and if one is superior, the difference in results would be .005%there are too many variables to consider whats better...

you guys can argue about anything, three pages on this? really?
These guys are idiots.... my proof is from years of experience working with all sorts of athletes and trainers. Personal experience. You obviously have none because anyone worth a $#!÷ knows beef is better than chicken or fish for recovery and growth. If you're training your ass off the extra calories are needed... can't believe some pencilneck thinks otherwise.
